The staff is frequently described as knowledgeable, helpful, super friendly, and professional, with customers noting they are always willing to help and offer greetings. However, experiences can vary. Some employees were knowledgeable but not friendly, making customers feel they were disturbing them. Delivery personnel have been noted as unfriendly, acting in a big hurry and unwilling to spend time to try to fix a problem. Specific service issues have been reported. A broken saw at the cutting area prevented a project. The lumber cutting area lacks an assist button, leading to long waits for help. A refrigerator purchase involved a misleading promise of a percentage off for opening a credit card, which did not apply, requiring a dispute. Delivery of that refrigerator was problematic, with the team stating it could not fit through the designated door despite prior assurances, leaving the appliance outside and creating significant inconvenience. Resolution through customer service channels was frustrating, with 800 numbers providing no good help and only form answers.
Good selection of stoves to choose from, we found one to fit our budget and it looks good.

Great resource for the do it yourself project. They do need to expend more effort into training and educating staff, perhaps hiring retired builders and crafts people

This particular location in columbia Missouri is super nice. Anything you need for your home improvement or no matter how big or small your project may be.
