“I scheduled an appointment online. No fuss.I got a text message, on the morning of my appointment, such that I could indicate my COVID status. Following that, it gave me a link to hit when I was there, so I could check-in.Check-in was allowed no more than 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment.There was one person working when I arrived. She was knowledgeable, competent and efficient. She had no difficulty finding my lab order, entering my insurance info, and drawing my blood. Everything was quick and easy.I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment, actually started my appointment 5 minutes early (she was already finished with prior appointments) and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.Not sure why so many people are hating on this place. I've been here once and it was quick and easy.Edit: after talking to my Dr a week or so later, all of the tests he had ordered were done properly. He didn't have many nice things to say about Quest in general (they seem to have a reputation for missing some of the requested tests) but this location got everything right.”
