I love Menards first of all it is close to my house and I like the environment. This morning 08/09/25 about 11:30 I came to return an item here a Caucasian lady at the counter she said good morning can I help you with a smile and respect and she has to go and left. Here another African American woman came with attitude and disrespect she said something which I can not hear it and I said I am sorry I can’t hear you and didn’t bother to repeat it said just put your card in the machine. After I done I said thank you and she didn’t reply and I left.

Wide variety of plumbing parts. They had all but one type of connector for the project I was working on. I had two store employees helping me to find everything else I needed.

This is likely regarding Menards operations and not this store specifically unless someone made a mistake that is beyond frustrating. We ordered an oven and a cord. Got an email our order was ready for pickup. I drove a long ways just for the only thing ready was the cord. It doesn't make sense to say an order is ready for pickup when only 1 of the items is ready... Thanks a lot!

Has almost everything...always last weekend I got new doors for for my house this week I got new carpet an some lawn ornaments an my wife got a handful of pretty shrubs personally I think there plant selection of flowers could range a bit more but overall we love this store

Menards is further from me than many other home improvement stores. However, the trek is always worth it as the staff are always helpful and welcoming, and I can nearly always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes I'll visit even if I don't need anything specific. Great spot for a first date!

Bought a mirror special order 3 days go by and we got our notice to pick up our new item. But it was not a new item it was the dirty item they had on the shelf. They said they could not get the item any longer shouldn't they have known that before they sold the item to me. And they wonder why people get upset. It will be a long while before I spend any money here again. And I spend a lot of money there bucks for them
