“Order 5 pairs of jeans online and after wearing them twice they all began to tear in the same back pocket stitching due to a factory defect. Never had this issue with carhartt before. Took them into the store and spoke with Molly. She did an amazing job, had a great attitude and refunded all of my money without question. Great experience dealing with her and the store. Highly recommend.”

Not only did the employees not use one of my $5 credits which in turn caused me to loose it, they also pushed me to buy some small items I didn't need or really want. I feel like I'm out $10 for nothing. I'm not happy about this. I have a strong dislike for pushy sales people, especially if it causes me to loose money.
