I've been calling to see if they have a phone in stock cause they are the closest store to me (2 hours away btw) and they never answer! I don't want to make the drive if they don't have the phone...the leats they could do is answer the phone....

Been going here for years! They might have just 1 or 2 employees but they know what they are doing and they make sure that the customer is happy and has answers to all his questions before they leave the store. I will continue to go here until I can't no more. P.s. I have been a loyal customer over 10 years,(hook me up with a Lil free upgrade or something, maybe a Bluetooth or something. Lol) I swear the service and coverage are the best. I hardly ever hit a dead zone and if I do, my phone is always the last phone to drop a call and the first to connect to a tower!

I'm not sure what person it was but whoever "helped" my bf with his phone was about as illiterate as it gets. He went to transfer his info from one phone to another since his screen stopped working, and only after the lady did the transfer THEN tells him he owes her 32$. She should of made charges clear BEFORE doing the transfer. If u ask me the lady was just trying to pocket some fast money. We're calling corporate today and I'm filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I needed to change my information on my automatic credit card payment, and the information was not going through. IDK what the problem was, but it may have been on the end of the credit card because shortly after getting home (after not getting the information changed) I received a notification from t-mobile that my payment was received.Both employees were very patient and polite during the in-store visit.

Service was very good while I was there it's just there's nothing to offer. They have promotions but they don't have any phones or tablets or anything in stock only like the cheaper phones. You have to keep calling to see if they have anything in stock.

*PSA* Only a handful of phones available in store (7 or 8), ALL the phone boxes have been opened and the older lady there doesn't know much.Oh! And if you do get a new line, add a line or upgrade your phone there is more to the cost. -> If you get ANY phone from this place they WILL charge you for a phone case and screen protector, even if you don't want or need them. "You have to and it's required on all of the phones." <- is what I was told at the counter.The older lady seems to be running a daycare in the back office, very unprofessional. The lady took a call from Boone County inmate, TWICE!Walked out, said "No thanks" and was then talked down to by this employee!Talk about the most unprofessional, rude and worst place to shop! Zero stars in my opinion. If this is the best help you can find, probably should just close this abomination you all call a store. Will be contacting corporate in regards to this Franchise and how is ran. So horrible YOU should pay customers to even stop in to this disgrace.Save yourself the time, headache and frustration and just call up Metro.

Severely understaffed but the gentleman that was there handled the situation very well and even help me fix something on my phone that he didn't have to do.

Drove 1hour and 30min and only 3 phones to look at. Poor service. I was told I could drive over an hour to the next store. I m not very happy with this service

The metro PC's store in Colombia only carries a few phones at a time they are mostly the older models that are maybe a 3. They only get a couple of phones in at a time. They don't tell you that you are stuck with the phone you end up having to get because they have nothing else to offer until you get your receipt. I spent close to $400 for 2 phones and neither of us are happy

It's 01/02/2022, been sitting outside store since 1150, internet and store window sign state hours are from 12000pm on Sundays. Crickets, no one's here. Even the Como grow supply next door opened at their proper time. This isn't the first time either. Why do all other metro stores have no problems opening for their stated business hours? Especially being it's the only metro we have in Como now? If I were metro I'd pull the franchise deal with this owner, gives them a bad name, and puts a very bad customer service taste in my mouth, along with the 10 other people I've watched just today walk up and pull on that locked door handle

IGNORE ANY OTHER REVIEW! Here is the REAL story. The gentlemen that work here are fantastic! ( I sold cell phones for 8 years). These folks KNOW their stuff! The manager recommended things that I wasnt even aware of and that benefitted ME. The one and ONLY time I had an issue......he solved it without a moment's thought or delay. If you need swift and reliable service.....I definitely recommend going here FIRST.
