went in to see if there were any topicals or sprays that I could treat my cats minor infection from a splinter with and then proceeded to get yelled at, then told they had nothing that could help and that I needed to take it to the vet.. “just like a human would do”

We went to get a hermit crab and they said no bc we said we where just getting a hermit crab bc we had all of the stuff at home and would not let us get it

I've found that the groomers are hit or miss. The recent experience was alright, but the prior appt was terrible. I should have asked for a refund. I've purchased add on services that were never provided. They missed trimming nails. We had to come back to get it fixed.

Store is well stocked, everyone that works there is nice and helpful. Glad they let rescues use their store for adoptions. If you are looking for a cat, this is a good place to check.

So I had just set up my aquarium and I'm sure the fish lady was the smartest person she ever met but unfortunately did not know much about fish, she sold me a super aggressive one that didn't get along with the others, a week goes by and I had to take it out of the tank, she had marked it as non returnable so I was told I could flush it down the toilet basically on the phone but I couldn't return the live fish, save yourself alot of trouble and go to Columbia Pet Company on the business loop who are always knowledgeable and will rehome my fish, they also have an awesome selection

Like most all PetsMart(s) around the state( country) it's clean, fully stocked & pet friendly. This one has particularly friendly & helpful employees. My photos are of some adorable rescue kittens they had in.
