“I went in today in search of a brace for my hand. The gentleman that first assisted me asked some questions about my symptoms and then suggested I speak with another team member. I can't remember her title but it involved medical equipment. She asked about my symptoms too, and after some more questions pinpointed that her hunch (of course with the qualifier that she was not a doctor, ha!) was that I would be better off seeing my Chripractor. She said using a brace could actully do harm if it wasn't used for the right reason, and didn't want me spending money unnecessarily.
Talk about service! I appreciate their honesty and knowledge so much. This approach speaks volumes about their integrity.

“Love Sam's, maybe a little too much. Have spent close to $800 in the last week. Also love the scan and go. No standing in lines to check out. My only rant is we find products that we really like then they change brands or no longer carry it at all. Happy to see the Sister Schubert rolls were back in stock. For the most part we usually have a good shopping experience there.”

“I switched through 5 pharmacies in a short period due to a shortage in a new medication my daughter is on. Everyone was out when I tried to get refills. I've been with MIZZOU pharmacy over 6 months now and they haven't once been out when I needed to refill. Being a controlled medication, I cannot simply have the order sent to another pharmacy, but have to call the doctors office to have a new order sent to the new pharmacy each time, then wait. Having a pharmacy that isn't low on the medication has literally been a life changer for our family. Grateful for the friendly staff as well. ?❤️”

“I love that you don't have to show your card at the door anymore makes going in so much easier and in the cooler weather helps you too get out of the wind faster. Food has always been good quality, the prices are fairly good, No one can ever say enough about how great of a store ambassador Chris B is for the company and community. complaints: Carts: We have been members for several years and have asking for Caroline carts because one of our family is too big to be in the child seats but not able to walk or be contained safely in a regular cart basket. Please get Caroline carts many people use them and even Walmart next door has them. Pharmacy: I was doing great with the pharmacy staff until they quit telling me about refills being ready, that scripts had run out of not giving me the right script and leaving me without needed equipment and no way to get it until Tuesday.”

“When I arrived one of the young men bringing in the carts asked me how I was doing and if I was looking for anything specific and I told him and he gave me directions. He was super personable and helpful. The store is stocked well and has a nice appearance, well organized. They were out of my "Organic white bread done right" in the larger loaf and there prices, if not on sale are comparable to a Vons or Savemart (California). Hardly any eggs on the shelf. Everything was pretty good”

They helped me find the wiper blades I needed (twice because one style didn’t fit) and waited on me to lock the doors by automotive so I could grab a few things without having to get back in my car and drive around. “I love the fact we spend a lot of time in hospital and doctors office and often times our local pharmacy cant get thing so we can pick up things when in columbia. They work with my doctors and nurses that helped me at home. I appreciate knowing I have at least one thing going good for me and that's often a great pharmacy. If you are in the hospital they will deliver to your room before you leave. Major bonus!! They also seem to send a representative around to make dure your getting all your neds right and at what times you take them at home to try and work things into your schedule.”
“The folks at MU Pharmacy Hitt Street are just the best. My prescriptions are kind of complicated, because sometimes I pay for my daughter's and sometimes her Dad does. And everyone here is always patient and gracious, even though I know that is kind of pain.The other day they let me know my daughter's inhaler was past due for a refill. We are new to using an inhaler and we forgot to watch the counter on the inhaler. It was still acting like it was dispensing, but was down to 0. I was so thankful they said something.Also, they deliver to campus offices. This is a complete game changer for me. SO awesome. Just thank you to this office for all they do!”

Someone in the lab stayed late so I could get blood test results promptly. Ended up having to go to the hospital the next day.
