Propane in Columbia, MO

“I am a new customer from Geiger Gas and recently realized that I was getting low on propane. My wife called and made a appointment to get our service switched over to MFA, and the day before the appointment she called to verify the time. She was told that there was not a appointment and that due to such a high demand it might take a few weeks to get set up. I called in and had some questions about this situation and was transferred over to Jason "Red" Harville, who is the manager of this department. After a short conversation, I realized that some of the miscommunication was definitely on us. However, Jason, after hearing about our situation, offered to come out and try to see if he could get us set up. I want to stress that Red does not do this normally. He showed up at the predetermined time and got right to work to get our tank prepped and up to code. He realized at one point that he needed a piece that he didn't have to complete the job so he called a coworker who I believe was Colby. Colby was just down the road from my house and was able to come over and help finish the task. I can not begin to tell you, as a person that works with the public, how appreciative I am for their efforts. Due to them I will be a loyal customer for my propane and really want them to know just how much I appreciate their great service.Ryan S. Reddick”
