I came to get blood work done for sepsis and mastoiditis. I signed in there is nobody there to help you check in. I wanted to give them the orders to make sure everything would be okay. But instead I had to wait 2 hours to get in. I got there at 9:00 but by 11:15 when I finally got seen the person working said (very rudely). "We can't do this". I asked why and she said because I was there too late in the day. Well if they didn't make me wait 2 hours before I could be seen I would have been there early enough. I told the worker that it would have been nice if they had someone checking people in so it would have saved me the 2 hours I waited. She got very defensive and said that wasn't there problem and told me I was being rude. After that I showed her what rude was and she told me to get out and never come back. I was like don't worry lady I don't deserve to be treated like this.

I did not have a good experience at the Broadway Bluffs location in Columbia, Mo. The lady drawing my blood was terribly rude and increased my anxiety greatly. She opened the door and basically started yelling at me about something that wasn’t a problem. She never once spoke to me while she was drawing my blood. When people are having blood drawn, they would like for the person drawing their blood to be kind and gentle and reassuring. Blood draws are not exactly a pleasant experience to begin with and when the phlebotomist is rude and angry, it makes it worse.

It's ridiculous that I can not speak to someone to confirm my physicians orders were received. I had to make a generic glucose appointment just to reserve a time, even though the orders were much larger. Their phone system is horrible and doesn't let you speak to anyone. I understand reducing staff by removing a receptionist, but have a call center available to help patients when they call. You run your lab like a factory line, just pushing patients and your staff like robots so you can get the money.

They are very unprofessional. I could hear them talking about patients and myself. I was told to get my own ID after I asked for it back because it was my own personal property and I could get it myself. The nurse Krystal was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. I personally would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to lack of professionalism and the ability to be a decent human in the health care field.

My results have been lost. Can’t easily talk to a human, and when I did I was told someone would call me back in 24 hours. It’s been over 48, no call. Paid for tests which were obviously ordered for a reason. I’ll find another lab where you can talk to a human and they don’t lose results. Hope my results weren’t bad.

Wastes my time 2 blood draws in a row. This time she said there were no orders. Called the doctors office, who got back to me in 15 minutes that the orders were submitted DECEMBER 12. She just didnt OPEN the orders! Now i lost a morning of work and have to do it again because they moved on to the next appointments. This is the second time this has happened to me. Over it. Do your job!

Always have had a good experience. I go once a week with making and appointment and am I and out in about 10-15 minutes. Friendly staff!

triple zero review...no one available at desk for questions. No person ever answers phone. check in kiosk demands unnecessary personal info or wont allow you to check in.
