Wastes my time 2 blood draws in a row. This time she said there were no orders. Called the doctors office, who got back to me in 15 minutes that the orders were submitted DECEMBER 12. She just didnt OPEN the orders! Now i lost a morning of work and have to do it again because they moved on to the next appointments. This is the second time this has happened to me. Over it. Do your job!

Always have had a good experience. I go once a week with making and appointment and am I and out in about 10-15 minutes. Friendly staff!

triple zero review...no one available at desk for questions. No person ever answers phone. check in kiosk demands unnecessary personal info or wont allow you to check in.

I was attempting to give a blood sample at another location, but the nurse had trouble finding a vein. She said I could go to this location. I go in at 10:25 am and sign in. I quickly realize that I'm a walk-in and will have to wait a little longer for the people who already have appointments. The "kiosk" (no actual people to talk to at all) says it will be around 11:20 to be seen. I waited for two hours.There were plenty of occasions for them to see me, as the waiting room was down to one person at least twice during the second hour. I finally tell a nurse coming out if I can speak to a supervisor. She says hold on and goes back in to give me a phone number. This alone takes her almost 10 minutes. She comes out and I ask about being seen, how I've waited, how there was almost no one ahead of me, how the machine said 11:20.She says it's been "pretty steady" all day and doesn't know what I'm talking about. Then she says that appointments are always prioritized over walk-ins. Ok, I said, but I've waited an hour longer than what the kiosk said it would take. "Did you hit accept? I have no idea what she means. I said, "I signed in at the machine." "Yes, but did you hit accept? If you don't hit that, we don't know you're here." "I didn't see that." "Yeah, probably not." THAT WAS IT! No apology, nothing, she goes on with her day seeing the next person. Ma'am, I wasted TWO HOURS of my day, and you have to be rude on top of it??? WHY does this place have no supervisors to speak with? On top of that, it was hot and stuffy, with no bathrooms or water fountains around. Dopiest excuse for a medical establishment I've ever seen.

I've never had a bad experience with blood work at this location . However quest labs needs to loose some coverage over Missouri's drug testing . With limited options and hours you should not be told by a kiosk to wait two hours and recheck in while holding urine ...... The staff are rude and cannot do anything due to policy . With as many employment and other services covered by these services advertised as walk in. The company needs an employee . Four hours process over 8 available hours holding it the office with no assistance is not a quality drug testing service . Aside from that the staff members need to know that interacting with the public is still a necessary part of their job even though the kiosk services all appointments . I will post when I find an acceptable facility.

Probably worst place In Columbia to get blood drawn, we were there and the had their kiosk covered saying it didn't work woman kept coming to window and looking out then comes into waiting room to see why we aren't checking in she pulls the sheet of paper off it and said here try this now hope it works .

I, like many of their other clients no doubt, am a college student. I don't know 100% of all their questions what the answer is, and the lady was getting snippy with me because I didn't know what she was asking. She was very skilled and efficient but everytime I asked a question, looked at me like I was stupid for asking. Other staff looked very nice and helpful, maybe mine was having a bad day.

Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!! I had the best experience at this Columbia location. I previously have had difficulties, to the point of being unable to get my blood work done, because my veins are super small and hard to see. I ended up getting connected with the manager at this location who took time out of her busy schedule to personally pull my blood. She with the help of her team were able to get me taken care of. I found them all to be very professional and well trained. They did their best to keep me comfortable while assuring me that they’d get the job done. They were all very sweet and caring. I can’t thank them all enough for taking such great care of me!!!

Young former preschool teacher. Couldn't get my veins. Only "allowed" two sticks. I can't go to another facility and wait all day. This is why I made an appointment. I'm a mother of three with very little time. No one else was there. I don't appreciate this at all.

This quest is amazing their staff is so kind and patient! The location is very easy to find and you’re in and out in minutes. The nurse I worked with was named Epiphany and she was phenomenal! She made sure at every point I was comfortable and that she caused me no Pain! We need more health industry workers like the ones that work here! Totally recommend !!!!

Each time I am required to get blood work done for testing this facility misses or doesn't run half the test my Doctor requested and I have to go back. Twice this has occurred out of the two times I've had to go. That's a 100% mess up rate. For a place handling your phi this is unacceptable and they didn't call either time to admit their mistake. Editing because they literally messed up the results from when we went back. This place is seriously so all over the place honestly go elsewhere if at all possible.
