No person to check in with, just a touch screen setup that doesn't work right. Need to create and account and manually input all the tests yourself unless you want to pay 4X as much.
Now, they started spamming daily with PRIME deals. Besides stealing the name from Amazon, what moron thinks spamming blood test specials is correct in any way.
Never again. Companies like this are why the US is going downhill.

Attempted to have blood work done. At the time of the appointment I was told that there was no request in her computer. I informed her that I had a prescription from my provider for blood work. I went to the lobby to retrieve the hand written prescription. When I returned with the prescription form the young lady told me I was rude and that I could leave because she wasn’t doing my blood work. When I requested to speak with a supervisor I was informed that there was no supervisor on duty. And that she was not going to contact them. This is very unprofessional. I will never use Quest labs ever again and will advise others to avoid Qeust diagnostics at all cost.

0/10. Only robots answer the phone and don’t take you to where you need. No way to talk to a person or get anything answered. You show up and schedule an appointment and still cannot find a person to talk to and they still aren’t ready for an hour after the time you scheduled claiming “computer issues”caused errors. They have now taken away my entire morning when this should have been a 15 minute ordeal, tops. Greatest way to ruin a morning is by going here.
