There was only 1 teller and she was working the drive thru and lobby. I waited too long for there to be nobody in line inside ahead of me 7 or 8 minutes. The teller was extremely nice and professional and I dont see this as her issue at all but a staffing issue.

I have been a customer of Regions for so many years and have never had a problem with their services. All of the tellers are professional and so very friendly and helpful. To be greeted by name is especially nice. Of course, after being a customer for years, I would expect that and I am happy to say I get it.
