I pay for road side assistance through my insurance and this company was dispatched when I needed a battery jump. The gentleman was polite, quick, and even told me where I can go to clean my battery of some build-up. Thanks for being helpful, efficient, and kind.

Blew out my tire while avoiding an accident. When I needed someone to help change out my tire with my spare, I looked up places in Columbia. This place had awesome reviews and did not disappoint. Joel was the guy who helped me out and got to me in less than 20 minutes. He took his time with everything while continuing to follow up. I would really recommend this place if anyone has tire/car issues. Especially in a college town, being a college student, and needing help!

I was stranded with my keys locked in my vehicle at the trail. Submitted a request for roadside assistance through my FordPass app and Roadside Samaritan was sent to help me out. He was on site quickly and had my truck opened up within minutes. Very professional and efficient. Friendly service and a great attitude. Highly recommend!
