Was driving down highway 70 and a rock cracked my windshield. Got off the highway and drove straight to Safelite. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment right away and less than 30min later I was back on the road. Simple as that!

Had an appointment today 3-5-2024. The energy was off soon as the guy ask for my key. How can I help you? I have an 8 o’clock appointment. Are you the Tesla? Yes. We gonna have to have that here all day. Huh? Why didn’t anybody inform me of that ? The lady has called and texted me at least 3 times confirming that I’ll be here.In fairness I knew I wouldn’t be in and out but all day? And no one gave me a heads up.Then the lady that sets the appointment shows up late for work looking like she just rolled out of bed and don’t want to be there. I ask her did we talk on the phone she says yes. I ask her why she didn’t tell me my car wud be there all day she proceeds to change the expression on her face as if I offended her and tells me she did. This is a young lady btw maybe not even 21 years old. Very unprofessional no customer service tact at all tells me she did tell me and sorry or too bad I didn’t hear her. After canceling Lyft I also canceled the appointment at safelite.

They installed a windshield that covered cameras ABs safety features on my car. They misrepresented that it was an aftermarket windshield. There’s a small scratch on the windshield they installed. Reported all of this and had the rudest customer service experience of my life. Asked to speak to someone else. Was told I would receive a call. Never did. Called back again. Again, extremely rude. Neither customer service reps would even let me get out what happened and why I was not happy with the service before they would argue with me.I didn’t call customer service expecting a poor result and I tried really hard to be kind and patient, but no matter what I said it was an argument.Never again.

Could only get a robot on the phone. No real person to answer questions. Web site was confusing and quite overpriced. Used another company. Edited... I did try the chat option but also didn't work for me. I had a chip repair needed not an entire windshield replaced. Over 200 dollars plus mobile cost was quite a lot. I previously used Mark's mobile glass and was satisfied with service so I tried new company first however was frustrating experience. I called another company in town reached a real person and had same day mobile service for only 50 dollars. When I call, check the website, use the website estimator, call again, try chat, and Still get no information after 30 frustrating minutes I call another company.

All the boxes check with the service I received from the location off Conley Rd. in Columbia, MO! They were super helpful, quick, courteous and something I wasn't expecting was they even cleaned out and vacuumed my floor boards. Above and beyond service!

Steve did a great job fixing the damage from a stone on I-70. Also he explained that safelight has the best equipment for fixing windshields. We will return the next time we need a winshield repair.

We have used them twice in shop and no issues. However we did mobile service and no communication whatsoever that they didn’t have the right piece and wouldn’t be there at all. Never heard from the tech or shop. Waited all day to FINALLY get someone to get ahold of the shop. Took over an hour to get an answer. The automated system sucks with no way to actually call the shop then being hung up on by multiple reps or the automated system after trying to transfer me with out communicating first. It’s disappointing after having such precious good experiences there.

Well after having several cracks and windows replaced In the past after my last experience and the damages to my vehicle its no longer drivable and safelite has already sent someone out and they took no responsibility for the damage under the hood to the chrome or the bottle of powers steering fluid that was moved from under the hood and leaked on the interior id never recommend anyone to visit this location and the district manager out of st.Louis was very rude and disrespectful im now out a vehicle due to this joke of a company every person I talked to from this location to consumer service and executive services just gave me the run around if your looking for glass work find a locally owned company not a chain store that has no respect

The only reason they aren't getting five stars is because I think the way you have to set up service is super annoying. Their phone number sends you to a national call center (no way to speak to the shop), you have to talk to a robot for a while, and they warn you that you're wasting time by not using their online app instead. I know everybody's going this way, but when you're panicking after having an accident you really want to talk to a person immediately and get some assurances specific to your situation.Anyway, besides that they were awesome. Squeezed me in that same day. I did an excellent job with the repair. Did all the set up with my insurance as well so it was free and I didn't have to connect the dots for anyone.Thanks!

Amazing work. Thank you for the quick installation and for allowing me to watch the process. The glass tech was very Friendly and didn't get annoyed with me being inquisitive or talkative.

Left glass shards all over dash and in crack of dash. When I asked about them getting the out the manager pick it out and threw it in my drive way.
