I am a currier and I went into the store and waited patiently and was ignored. My drinks sat there, no one asked me why I was standing there. After the put the drinks in the bag I had to ask for the bag instead of them giving me any attention. Just kinda rude for starbucks.

Placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes in the drive through just to be told it wasn’t ready. They instructed me to go inside and I waited another 5 minutes. I understand that it was busy and they were having a discount but 15 minutes is kind of ridiculous when you have 7 people behind the counter.

This has gotta be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Got 25 orders in the queue and like one person making drinks others stocking shelves, playing in their phone, staring into space… avoid this

I have been going to this location for years. I sometimes avoid it when they're super busy, but today I went on in and waited to order until it calmed down. It's Mizzou homecoming weekend so they were packed with a crowd inside, a never ending drive thru line, and had to turn off mobile orders. They were understaffed, but working so hard to keep up. They ended up locking the doors and only doing drive thru orders. People cleared out pretty soon after, but they didn't ask anyone to leave. I stayed and worked on my computer, they were happy to take my order. I ended up being the only customer inside for a while and the way I heard the manager hyping up her team and thanking them for their hard work was awesome. I know there were probably plenty of people inconvenienced by the partial closing, but it was really nice to see the manager assess what they could handle and take care of her baristas like that so they could reset. They all stayed in good moods and kept motivating each other. I really respect the way the situation was handled and how they kept a calm front for the in store customers.

Worst Starbucks in town. They get the drinks wrong every time because they are too busy talking to each other and not doing their job. This last time I ordered a sandwich and waited 20 minutes because they were busy. But when I asked about my sandwich they said someone must have came up and grabbed it...no they didn't I was waiting the whole time checking the orders brought up. You messed up and were talking. Own up to it. It's always the same people too..

Officially my last visit this morning! I placed a mobile order at 6:50am. A simple coffee w/almond milk. I didn’t walk out until 7:27am!! I’ve never waited this long for a simple coffee. I was met with an attitude from the lady making drinks, didn’t even acknowledge when I asked for the status of my drink. Terrible service & my drink was wrong when I made it to work. What a way to start the week. AVOID this location and go to the location on Broadway, better customer service!

I go to a lot of Starbucks and I usually get a drink sit down and study for an hour or so. I came into this Starbucks, wasn’t acknowledged by any of the staff, which I understand when they’re busy but they weren’t really. I sat down at a table, half of them were dirty with crumbs or trash. I ordered my drink, it came out about 2-3 minutes later but I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which didn’t come out. I went up to the front after waiting for 15 minutes because I understand them being busy but it took them 3 minutes of me awkwardly standing at the front to assist me even though multiple employees stared at me waiting at the front while they continued to do their small tasks, not even making other people’s drinks. When I asked if my sandwich was ready the worker said she saw it but didn’t know if anyone else got it then finally made it herself. The drinks and food are fine, but the service and atmosphere are very poor quality.

I go to Starbucks a lot and order on the app so my coffee is ready for me, we’ll the last week ive gone 3 times and 2 times I had to wait about 5 extra minutes after my pick up time then today I wait 20 mins after my pick up time still no coffee I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late.

There are multiple other Starbucks locations across town, go to any other one and you’ll have a much better experience. The staff here (80% of them) are extremely rude and typically just standing around talking about coworkers or TikTok’s. I also deliver for doordash and Uber and my last stop here I waited 40minutes (was told they were 20mins behind multiple times) for an order with 2 cake pops 2 “HOT” breakfast sandwiches and a drink. All of the food was up and sat on their side of the counter for over 30minutes as they needed 40 total to make 1 iced drink. Food was ice cold but the older lady working the register refused to remake any of the food as they were too busy. Just rude and unacceptable behavior and the management just seems to condone it.
