“Hello !
I broke down last night on interstate I-70 at exit 125 in Columbia MO . Around 6:30 pm I barely made it off the road on to the ramp emergency shoulder it seemed to be an electric issue in my transmission- I was driving a large motorhome race car hauler . I tried a few thangs to erase the codes nothing seem to work. I decided to call a wrecker I’m not from here so I googled and the first one I found was I-70 Towing’s less then 3 miles from me . When I called I got the owner his self I found out by the driver when he should up . The phone call was very personal and polite .. he sent his driver right on out to me . With in 8 minutes the driver called me to verify on what direction of I- 70 I was going . And with him eight minutes later, he drives up and a very nice looking PETERBILT 50 ton Wrecker within about 25 to 30 minutes he had it hooked up driveshaft pulled out and we was pulling back onto the highway. I only had about a 4 mile two to the KW dealership where he separated my trailer and put the unit inside the shop. For them to check it out next morning the drivers name was DAVE and he handle that rig well he was very nice and helpful to me by dropping me back off at a motel after we I hooked. The tow bill was very reasonable I will use them again !!

“Only serviced gas station around, their license mechanics and can do inspections. The mechanic was kind enough to inspect my vehicle and check my fluids for no additional cost. I highly recommend giving these people your money if you're going to have to pay for gas or get your vehicle worked on this is the place to go. And to the staff/owners thank you so much for your kind courteous generous customer service.”
“I needed to get a safety inspection done immediately so that I could register my car. All the shops that I called were iffy on if they’d be able to get me in same day, until I called Midwest Autoworx. They said they could have me done by lunch. So I went and dropped my car off then Ubered home.
A few hours later, I got the call from Autoworx that I didn’t even need the safety inspection because of the mileage and year of my car. So, I wasted over 3 hours for nothing (my fault not Autoworx), and they saved me some money by not just doing the inspection and charging me anyway. So, I really appreciate the honest and efficient service from Midwest Autoworx. They were top notch on a very hectic day of running back and forth to get my car registered.”

“Not from the Columbia area, I had low tire pressure in a tire (nail in tire), I asked some local City of Columbia workers where to take my SUV. All of them said Mike’s Total Service.
They were right in the money. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and they were even busy (super bonus - he was super nice). You don’t get service like this. I will definitely be back to replace all 4 tires. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“I had trouble with my car battery, and Economy Towing promptly arrived at my location with great assistance. Chris was an excellent agent to work with. As an out-of-state resident, I was unsure about the main problem to the car, had changed both batteries and the car was still now starting. He listened to my situation and was completely hands-on and understanding. He provided me with great advice and was extremely helpful. He is the best towing agent I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn't be more satisfied with his services and how helpful he was!”

“The technician who installed my wiring (I missed his name unfortunately) was extremely professional and helpful. He did the job in just around 30 minutes and even came back outside to install the ball that I purchased afterwards. I was very satisfied with the price, as I already had a hitch but just needed the wiring. Will definitely recommend to my friends.”
