The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. The owner specifically helped us navigate a difficult situation when we shipped a large cumbersome freight package through a irresponsible third party company. The staff at the nifong location are always so friendly and efficient. If I have the choice I won’t go anywhere else for mailing/shipping or amazon returns.
