I would give a 0 start if possible I went to a deposit they event can't count a bank note correctly they should be more professional when dealing with people money that very hard to earn for each penny I counted it and hand over to bank clerk guy and they can't count to match what I count just a few hundred only not a tons of bank note

I have been banking with them over 20 years, they are not very helpful refused to help me fill out papers when my Mom died, they have turned me down for a boat loan for absolutely no reason, made us pay for for checks when we didn't have to because they thought we were students can someone tell me honestly do i have to pay for check, we just found out they make us pay for the them. They try to hold our money so they can collect interest all in all not a good bank to do business with in my opinion. I used to love the bill pay, they changed it and it is the worst program I have ever seen, and has cost me late payment fees all most criminal and unreliable that USBANK,

There have been so many issues with this branch. Every time I visited this bank, and specifically this branch, an error has happened. Most recently, they lost the copy of my visa and then asked me to provide it again and gave only a few hours, and then put a hold on my account; even in Covid-19 time that people may have a hard time getting out of their place. I definitely will close my account and would never recommend it. US bank=Trouble

I've so far had an excellent experience with this bank. Sarah helped me set up my account and has been very helpful so far. As an international student, I was happy that I was able to get a bank account without a SSN (another local bank did not allow me to deposit my money there with no SSN) and got a credit card approved with no credit score, just from having a good relationship with the bank. Their services are quick and online banking is easy to use.

Dallas helped me setup my business account. Incredible guy all around. Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He guided me in the right direction. I'd keep him around as long as you can, because he is an asset to your branch.

The head guy Brian is great. Every other employee has no idea what they are doing and just waits to ask him questions or tells you to go to the branch down town. A specific female employee always has a bad attitude and treats you as a nuisance.

Great front desk people happen to work for the worst bank. Seriously not worth the hassle with its buggy app, week long waits to pay bills, recive funds, or make tranfers. You can walk in with cash and not see the money in your account for days! I finally choose to go to a different bank and stop using US bank and they turned from annoying to criminal! A direct deposit didnt get canceled in time and US Bank just decided to keep that $300! When the person who sent the money called about it (an other US Bank user) they harassed her, blaimed her for losing the money, called her a liar, and told her they'd see about getting her the money back in 14 days. They accepted money for an acount that doesnt exsist and didnt even try to return it or even just not accept the money in the first place! Dishonestity on that level shows how corrupt they'll really get with your hard earned dollar.

The bank has been charging me a fee on checking for 4-years. I recently discovered that the fee shouldn't be charged to my account but they won't refund more than 6-months of deductions because: "you had access to online checking." Yes! I did! I also saw the fees deducted. I also asked about them 4-years ago and was told that all customers with a balance below 25,000 would have that fee -- a lie.

I wanted to write a review because I just had a pleasant experience with Mary at the Mizzou Student Center US Bank. I spoke with Mary about overdraft charges and she was super friendly, personable, and nice about the situation. She helped explain the situation and ultimately got a charge taken off my bank account...I was very pleased. I went to this US Bank for 4 years at school and even after graduating I am satisfied with the customer service.
