Had the WORST experience here dealing with NATHAN. Went in took simply buy a phone case and screen protector. He watched me bring my children and handicapped niece in the store. The lights cut off and he got up and fixed it. He watched me find what I came in the store to purchase. Never did he once say the store was closed. Waited 20 minutes while he was on the phone. He then looked at me and say “just so you know the customer that I’m dealing with is my last customer for the day”. I expressed how unprofessional that was and that I’d be filing a complaint with corporate.

Since it was time to switch phone carriers, we decided to go to T-Mobile as we noticed they donated to a favorite YouTuber's road trip for charity and really liked that they gave so much back to the community. That brought us to the US Cellular store today, as our online attempt to get set up had a bit of a minor issue that meant we needed to see someone in person. I'm so glad, because this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience AND there were issues (none on US Cellular/the store/T-mobile's behalf, minor things from our old carrier basically), which should tell you how great this store is! Jenn, the manager, was so kind and went to get a phone from the other store so that we could leave that day with our new phones -- the extra effort was so kind and it was really appreciated! Also, this store had such a positive, fun, and engaging vibe, I thoroughly enjoyed talking to the other customers and staff about music, sports, etc while the knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful staff worked on my phone contract. Really appreciate Jenn, Tayler, and Nate for the help, and wanted to recognize what a great team y'all have there and how much I enjoyed my experience. You can tell when people enjoy customer service and care about what they're doing, and that combined with the helpfulness and general positive atmosphere made this such a nice visit -- and a new phone, too! Thanks y'all! :D

Jen and Nathan goes above and beyond to help their customers! We switched from a different carrier. It was quite a process with getting 3 different phones and setting them up.

Massive shoutout to the store manager Nathan Zumwalt! I went in to get 2 new phones and actually had an enjoyable experience. Nathan was knowledgeable, efficient, and all around great to work with. Highly recommend going to see him next time you need an upgrade!
