We were in this past Tuesday and we were waited on by Taylor. She was extremely helpful and her customer service was impeccable. She was on hold multiple times times and kept her composure and made us feel comfortable while we waited.

Great store to visit. I have used this store several times over the years and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Recently I stopped in to upgrade my phone, Taylor was awesome to work with. She had me in and out in record time.

My Experience with US Cellular. Lian was just a delight, he made sure everything was seamless and smooth and that I had everything I needed. He made sure I understood the plan and set me up. Very nice man and knows what he is doing.

I was so impressed with the staff there for their knowledge of products and professionalism. They handled themselves well with a disgruntled customer and smoothed over the situation. Kudos to them all especially their manager Jennifer.

Worst Experience at a phone company ever! The salesmen (one of them being Tristian) will just trick you into a phone contract and adding a bunch of nonsense fee that your pay multiples times. They will promise you that it’s a one time fees but trust me your bill will just continue to get higher and higher. I don’t recommend anyone goes here once you sign up they don’t care

Went inside and asked if they sold tablets. He was happy to help me, but when I said I wasn't looking to set up a line for it, his attitude got very rude. If he isn't allowed to sell me one, that's fine, but he didn't need to be extremely rude about it.

My experience at US Cellular was amazing from start to finish. Tristan greeted me immediately upon walking into the store and let us know about the promotions and got me hooked up. The deal was great and definitely appreciated. If I have any issues I know who to go to.
