Incredible customer service when we got my husband a new phone today. Super friendly and fast! Rae (I think that was her name) was so sweet with our 2 year old daughter and offered her cookies while we were getting everything set up!

Everytime I go to get a new phone, I'm always dreading it a little bit just because the process has been complicated and expensive in the past. But this time went great!
I wanted to get a phone that could handle two SIM cards so I could add another line from US Cell on to it in the future. Rae was super helpful in this, not only finding me a phone that could do that but also one that had a promotion going on which meant I spent WAY less than I was expecting to.
She also was just great to have a conversation with while we were getting everything set up, which made the short amount of time I was in store super pleasant.
Overall, an usually dreaded errand at a super stressful time for me was made quick, easy and cheap thanks to Rae and I definitely will be back when it's time for my next upgrade!

NEVER USE INTERNET PROVIDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!, I am currently paying 200$ a month for WiFi that doesn’t even work half the time. I can go anywhere in town and pay half that price for twice the quality, AND GET THIS!!! IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THERE WIFI THEY CHARGE YOU 500$ for a modem, before them I had medicom and got 5g WiFi for 90$ and before that it was brightspeed and they charged 65$, and both internet provides are 5x better then us cellular, I have never heard of anywhere on earth charging 200$ for WiFi, I am currently sitting at my house using my phone data because ounce again the internet stopped working and now when we try to call a representative to help us fix our internet that they double charge us for, nobody picks up, just a automated voice message saying they can’t help us till January first, PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT MAKS THE MISTAKE I DID OF GOING THEOUGH US CEULLAR!! THEY OVER CHARGE AND THERE WIFI IS TERRIBLE!!

I was due for an upgrade for some time now. I’ve only ever had one iPhone before this new one. My other iPhone wasn’t charging besides with a charging mat laying down. I’ve decided it was just time for a new phone. Matt at the Stadium location did an awesome job getting me started and set up. He was helpful, patient, kind and went above and beyond. He was assisting me and this other kind customer at the same time. I’ve been wits Cellular since 2018 and I wouldn’t recommend any other company. Tristan also at the Grindstone store was fabulous and sent me stadium to meet Matt since his store was out of stock in store of the iPhone I was wanting. I will always be back. You can trust these people!

We have had a business account for over 29 years with US Cellular and since Alex has left, there has not been one person to help me and my needs for my business at this location. Very disappointing.

Customer service is horrible. The chat assistants can’t do much more than look at your account. If you canceled your service you get billed for an entire month even if it is at the beginning of your billing cycle and all the “Retention Specialist could say was “that’s our policy.”

Recently, when seeking to replace a phone, I learned that I had been making $3.33/month finance payments on a phone I had returned at a non-corporate agent office. The fellow there had failed to handle the return properly. This office on Broadway helped me out by accepting my paying off of the balance and crediting it back to me so that I could get my needed replacement. They didn't have to do that crediting.I did inform that other office of their mistake. When the hapless agent asked if there was anything else he could do, I resisted the urge to tell him to pay me out of his pocket, and instead simply said, "Nothing whatsoever." He understood.

I worked at this location for almost two year’s, and it was extremely traumatizing. I am educated black man. I received a written occurrence for an honest mistake 30 days, after my start date. I went to HR with my concerns, but nothing was done to resolve my issues. The issues continued, along with retaliation. After I filed my complaint with HR, I was scheduled for 10 days. After seeking therapy for over a year, I decided I had enough. I gave a one month notice, with the company. My last day scheduled to work was March 5, but the schedule was changed without being notified.
