5 star service at least with the people I’ve dealt with. 1 star for the consistently long wait times in line and the limited staff. You figure in a place like Columbia where the fixed population trends older (and their more frequent use of traditional mail) that they’d have more beefed up Customer Service rep numbers but they do not so it makes any trip to the post office a dread.

I miss this post office. The postmaster, Bart, was top notch and if I ever had an issue with service it was resolved in a timely manner. This post office had excellent leadership and customer service when I’ve used them. You really don’t know what you have till it’s gone! Keep up the great work and excellence in service!

People are absolutely pigs,I got a fast delivery shipped from them and it took 50$ for faster shipping,waited a hour and a half to my location,it took them 4 hours to get in range of 29 minutes away from me and took an additional 30 minutes for them to drive. Wasn't fast enough so they wanted 60$ to ship faster,and then add on it they wanted 70$ more just to ship it to my house. This is absolutely despicable.

Passport-related matters take a long time because there is only one person handling them. For quicker passport service, I recommend other locations due to the disorganized and poorly communicated process at this post

One of the ladies working in the back was extremely patient with me. I didn’t know how to work the machine then once I got it to work I lost the receipt. The lady helped me retrieve the tracking. ?
