Had to stop on my trip to St Louis to mail something back home and the gates were closed with a sign saying picking up mall mail, be back soon, sorry for the inconvenience. Been here 30 minutes in a line with other people waiting. Obviously needs another employee to keep it open while someone else collects mall mail. I had to go find another location after waiting because it is making me really late to get into St Louis. If they are going to close the post office at a time to do this is should be posted.

Everytime i get somthing delivered through usps it'll take 1 day to get from southern Florida to st.louis then take 3 to 5 days to get from st.louis to Columbia. I'll be having everything sent through ups from now on. Just wish my tax money didn't fund this horrible service.

I’ve been to multiple USPS facilities in Columbia, MO. This is the best USPS location to visit! Super friendly staff, they were wonderful at explaining what I needed to know/answering any questions I had! I’m rating this facility 5 stars primarily because of the kindness/friendliness of the staff working there. Thank you to the staff that made my experience as painless as possible and made me comfortable during the entirety of my return process!

Lately a lot of my mail has been delivered to the wrong slot in my mail kiosk. It got switched when I moved in but have not had an issue for the first 6 months of living here. Recently the mail carrier is consistently delivering my mail and packages to the old slot number not the current one. They do resolve the issue pretty quickly but is becoming a regular occurrence where I need to call in every 2 weeks to get my mail.

In typical government fashion, the hours for this post office randomly changed, closing their doors outside their posted online and posted store hours (2hrs early). I got there a 5PM, and the doors were shut. They claim they were told yesterday about the new hours, and now me and other customers were not able to use their services because they randomly changed their hours. You keep increasing your stamp price, and your services keep decreasing!

Ha. Only one in line . Waited 4 minutes had one package ND postage. Guy infront on me filling out labels. Already had packages being posted. Mail lady says, " maybe u have some shopping to do and then come back." Huh.. I felt like I got kicked out of P.O. weird. NVR got kicked out of post office before.She couldn't just pause w other and let him continue filling out label and just weigh in on my package .?
