Despite other reviews, I was in and out within a minute! She was super kind and did not make it seem like I was a burden coming in to return a package. Would come back!

Never had any issue with this facility in the 8 years I've been using their services.

It's nice to have a UPS on the South side of town. I have never had a problem, the guys are always friendly.
