Simone, thank you! It has been a long time since I had a pedicure where thorough care was taken with my cuticles. Usually it's a snip here and there and done. My nails looked better than they have in a long time.

I said “I want my hair to still reach my eyebrows while it’s curled, so don’t cut too much”. They proceeded to chop it off so short that it doesn’t even reach my eyebrows while pulled straight.
It’ll be months before I like my hair again. I even had provided photos and had to wait 15 min past my appointment time for this. I want a refund AND my hair back.

We were a little hesitant at first to bring our almost 2 year-old son in for his first professional haircut but Amanda was super accommodating and patient with him. She did a great job! I would highly recommend her services.
