Steve W was amazing! It was my first time visiting this location and will not be my last! Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. He provided great solutions for my queries and I never felt hurried or pushed. I had a very pleasant experience and feel very comfortable recommending this location and Steve 100%.

Recently got a quote from Evan Melvin about switching from AT & T to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable about Verizon products and plans offered. He was even able to save me money if I switch. I will definitely be switching soon.

Let's start with I been a Verizon customer since they were Ameritech! I entered the store not greeted, explained my issue of being sold equipment that did not function in the area I lived in and was steadily billed. Additionally, I was paying for internet at location I didnt reside. All I wanted to do was disconnect service and return equipment. Unfortunately Gio, who said he was the supervisor was not and just a sales representative. Steve Weinstein actually was the Team Lead and helped assist. I have never been in a chain of Verizon were a team member refused service because he simply didnt want to be bothered or not understanding a complaint. Either way his customer service was terrible at minimum and he should not work for a company he refuses to acknowledge but instead he screamed Cellar Services! Cellar Services representing Verizon Wireless sucks with customer service! Don't waste your time go to the Stadium location.

Regrettably, I had to return a phone I purchased for a “friend” about two to three years ago. They handled the situation with utmost ease, and I received a full refund.
