You do not want to accept that there are persons, like me, who are American Citizens, Veterans, and have been living for a long time overseas, in my case, in Spain, and are considering coming back home, and you make it very difficult if NOT impossible to purchase a little property in the USA. I m sorry for you.

I want to thank the great team that got me from a pre approval to closing in a month. Even when the VA appointed appraiser criminally undervalued the home, the realtor working with the team found a solution on the fly and I will be in my new home in a week. I can highly recommend them.
