Stopped here on our way home while traveling and got stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes! Food was subpar and cold!

The employees were wonderful. Very helpful and very nice.... But the food.... Big no! If you like grilled cardboard and soggy slivers of bread... This is the place for you. Sad cause the crew was amazing!

Had a hard time getting someone to help us at the counter. We started to turn around and leave but decided to give it one more try. Finally we got help. If they would at least acknowledge when we walked up to the window we would have no problem waiting.Parking: Columbia Missouri

Probably the worst white castle I've ever been to. Don't trust it if your headed out of town. Workers were inside supposedly opened at 8 but still had doors locked at 9:30.

1.5 hours after posted opening time, still not open. Watched a dozen cars pull through drive through in about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Employees inside but no signs posted and no communication with outside world. Minimum wage = minimum effort.

We waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes for an order that was not correct. We did not get our chicken rings and that made up $8.69 of our order. We were also given 2 bags of fries that were cold and undercooked instead of the 1 large sack of fries. They were not taking orders at the intercom so we would have had to wait in a 30+ minute drive through again to talk to a person to get the items corrected. I also went in to the restaurant and stood at the counter for a few minutes and no one acknowledged that I was standing there. Sales #: 604623849

Well for starters I go here all the time but today was the worst I've seen in awhile. The workers in the background were yelling and laughing so loud the poor lady on headset couldn't even hear us so she had me pull to the window and when we made the complaint about the noise all she did was shrug her shoulders then she rang up the wrong order and then when we got our food and made the complaint about the wrong order the guy just says I don't know what to tell you just pull around again. Then she gave us a hard time about getting it fixed so ridiculous. I sure hope the store manager does something about the poor service and loudness of there workers when customers are trying to place there orders. I will probly never go back

Wanted some lil burgers, we all have those cravings lol. We got a cheesy sack to split. They were fresh and delicious and the staff was really friendly, I bookmarked this particular White Castle to return to in the future when we come back
