Took them into the store and spoke with Molly. She did an amazing job, had a great attitude and refunded all of my money without question. Great experience dealing with her and the store. “I love their bras, but you have to special order anything below 38. I wanted a 36 and all were sold out online. I wanted to look at pants but the smallest size they carry is a size 10. Doesn't feel very inclusive. The lady that helped me was very nice and my reason for a 4 star, but I don't plan on returning since they don't carry any of my sizes.”

“I'm a very frequent customer. I've usually been satisfied with my purchases, but my last visit was not good. Not only did the employees not use one of my $5 credits which in turn caused me to loose it, they also pushed me to buy some small items I didn't need or really want. I feel like I'm out $10 for nothing. I'm not happy about this. I have a strong dislike for pushy sales people, especially if it causes me to loose money. I really hope this doesn't become a new normal.”
“Good location. You can access the store directly from the parking lot or from inside the mall. The store is fairly small, but still a pretty good selection. Very well-lit, clean, and got good service. Not as big as the store in Frontenac/STL.”

“I love this place so much that I try to avoid it in order to keep money in my pocket. All of the fabrics are super soft. I love how the majority of the store is organized by color and how the staff is willing to jump in and help you with anything. I sadly was only able to purchase here twice because of the higher prices…but I love the 2 pieces I got more than anything else in my closet. I would 100% would recommend if you have the money for it.”

“I went to Fringe to buy my first pair of nice boots. I asked many questions and tried on several different styles and brands. The sales associates were extremely helpful and patient with me. I bought a pair and ended up not liking the style. I returned them and they helped me find a new pair. I would highly recommend them and I plan on going back. You won't find this level of care and customer service from a big-box store. If you're in the market for some new boots, give Fringe a try. You won't be disappointed!”
