“Jones has been in business for years for a reason, why pay for the parts and do it yourself when Jones can match the price and save you the headache of doing it yourself. Any time I need assistance this is the place to go! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one time I went they didn't put the screws back in my fender and I'm not sure why. Also gas is a little high but that's Illinois not Jones fault. Will continue to go here for years to come or until I leave Olive Branch.”
“They just repaired my driver seat on a 2001 Chevy Silverado. Had to weld the seat frame back together and entirely recover it. It is absolutely better than New. I feel very spoiled. These guys are great to work with and do fantastic, professional work. I would use them anytime.”
“Making a delivery here very polite and good people here coffee for you while you wait and its a floor load don't come expecting a hour unload . They move there equipment around to give you more room give them a minute and it will be a little tight but easy enough just take your time .”

“I’m very pleased with your work and friendly staff. However the transmission fluid was leaking in radiator. This was reason i came in to replace radiator. Very pleased with radiator work but when I arrived home I checked transmission fluid. It was 2 quarts low. I would have thought this would have been checked. I will continue to use your services.”
