only stopped here because it’s located next to a Supercharger and I needed a restroom and some snacks. Unfortunately, the restrooms were disgusting and completely out of toilet paper. On the plus side, they had a good variety of fresh baked goods, plenty of snack choices, and a wide selection of drinks. Decent for a quick grab-and-go, but the bathroom situation definitely needs attention.

I ordered two supreme pizzas online and it said it would approximately 25mins. I waited the 25mins went inside to pick up my pizzas and they were not even begun to be made yet. So then I had to wait another 20mins before I got my two pizzas. The person working behind the front register told me there was nothing they could do about the pizzas not being mad on time. The kid that was making the pizzas was just standing in there when I went to pick the pizzas up when they were suppose to be done. Also the kids clothing apparel was disgusting and underwear was showing. I should have went to Casey’s in Warrensburg where service is always good and I will next time.

I’m forced to stop here several times a month because they have charging. Every time I stop the bathroom is disgusting. There’s always a puddle of pee under the urinal half the time the toilet has shit all over the outside of it. Paper towels are usually thrown on the ground. The trash is overflowing. Otherwise it’s a normal Casey’s, but I’ve never seen one that has such terrible cleanliness.

It takes a LONG TIME to get this dirty. The floor has dust bunnies throughout the store under the ledges of the shelves. The men's restroom has built up crud in every corner, the automatic flusher has a busted glass, the top of the toilet has actual dust and urine buildup, and even the hallway going to the restrooms has paper towel pieces on the floor. There is also smeared mud going into the walk-in beer cave. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. 🤢
The only reason for my visit was my unfortunate choice over a year ago to purchase what has become a Swatsticar instead of a symbol to help the environment which lead to a need to charge.

Just wanted to come here and thank Pat, Chris and Rick for always being super friendly and helpful when I come into Casey’s! My order is always correct and made in a timely manner. Pat always greets me when I come into the store and makes me feel very welcome!

It's easy on/off I-70 and the pizza is great. We stop for the convenience. Women's bathroom is 2 stalls, often needs swept or re-stocked, but acceptable.

Waited an hour and a half for just a pepperoni pizza and 2 sides of potato cheese bites. Looked like they had a whole blower taken apart laid across the whole counter with a kid in the back making donuts which pretty sure there are child labor laws. Not sure what reason was made to have our food take that long after already waiting 45 minutes like the app said when there were no other orders but donuts being made. Worst place ever would not recommend.

So I hate giving anything less than four stars, and overall I have enjoyed most of my experiences here, but recently whoever is making pizza for night shift needs some help. My husband works late shift in town and occasionally on his way home from work he'll pick up a pizza. Every single time we have gotten a pizza at this time (around 12am), it is devastatingly awful. And genuinely I don't get how this happens because it's usually just a plain cheese or half cheese half pepperoni.
Anyways the last four times we have received a pizza from here it has had enough cheese on it for four pizzas and it just falls off in clumps (that are not even fully cooked). Last night was no different. I get it's late shift, that's why we usually keep our order plenty simple, but the pizzas have been almost inedible recently.
Every other time we come here, the people are nice and the food is good.

Stopped here with a hankering for a Diet Pepsi. I haven’t had a decent fountain diet pep for a while so I wasn’t expecting much, but was met with a delicious, scrumptious beverage and nearly cried because I was so happy.

FILTHY - stopped on my way from StL to KC. I’ve never been in a more disgusting bathroom. And I’ve stopped in a lot of seedy gas stations on that stretch of road. Urine all over the toilets. Toilet paper was empty. Soap was out. When another customer asked if there was soap, the employee said they were fresh out. When asked what the employees use to wash their hands, employee replied that they don’t go to the bathroom. Floors dirty. Soda counter sticky. Only positive, there were about 3 napkins left in the dispenser. I don’t blame the employees on duty. I blame a lack of staff and resources ( but maybe it was the employees)
