So disappointed to see the service here get so bad. It is so slow during the busiest times, bathrooms look horrible and the cooler is rarely stocked. Two people acting busy in pizza area, yet no pizza and six people in line. I'm done and will start back at Casey's.
Such poor management and hiring. Nobody knows how to do propane exchanges and cannot answer simple questions regarding items they sell!!!!! Absolute waste of time and money.

I just stopped here for fuel and drinking water. There were 3 people in line and the cashier(older lady) yelled out for help in a manner saying it was the fault of person in back for not helping. Firstly, there were only people in line...not enough to call for help. Secondly, the problem is that she was yapping with the 2nd person in line so much that it took her over a minute to count out the change that was being given to customer #1. As a matter of fact, a second cashier came from the back after cashier #1 started yapping with customer #2. Cashier #2 completed checking me out before cashier #1 had finished with customer #2. STOP YAPPING WHILE PEOPLE ARE WAITING ON YOU!

Roughly halfway between Kansas City and Jefferson City off Highway 70 their premium is 93 octane. I like that a lot! If you're in a hurry and hungry their pizza is about a 7 out of 10 fresh, in a box in the glass case maybe a 6, but palatable if you're hurry like I said. There's a McDonald's on the opposite side of the highway too so you can still eat and gas up at the same exit if you're traveling.

I am sorry but I have to say this. My pet peave is the weekend, which is probably the busiest. The ground coffee machine I can't stand, in any C-Store. The coffee that is made and put in decanters is way better, but when you get there and decanter is empty then you have to use the grinder and you go to put cappuccino in it and nothing but water comes out just irritates me to no end. I left to go to the Casey's and the exact same thing. On weekends when your busy and thus cannot be taken care of. Plenty of people working and someone can't take care of these simple things. I won't go to Casey's because they don't even have filtered coffee which in my mind is very good coffee and not bitter. Kenny who works over night in Concordia knows I'll be there every morning and has the filtered coffee I like ready to go. I get there every morning at 3 or 315 and he is right on time and has it ready. I get that coffee there and nowhere else it's the best and way better than the ground coffee. I apologize for being negative but the weekends I can relax and enjoy my coffee and then it's empty and water coming out of the cappuccino machine drives me batty.

Clean and friendly. Not a very big tobacco selection and no souvenirs if you're driving thru and looking for mementos. Large food selection and drink selection.

I had no trouble with the gas or the pump. The window washer fluid smelled like dogs and was dirty, but the washer part of it was nice and squeegeed very well. It was really clean in there, the bathrooms were all in working order and everything was displayed nicely, but I was just super surprised to see nobody wearing a mask. Nobody. Staff or customers. There were no signs requiring anybody to wear a mask.. and nobody did. (Godfather's Pizza, On The Fly Market and Eagle Stop)
