I took my Pathfinder in with a punctured radiator and broken core support (I don’t want to talk about how that happened). Since regular repair shops won’t touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I’d be waiting weeks on end. My car was completed in a matter of days and came in significantly less than the estimate. Everyone there was super friendly, communication was great, and the work was done perfectly. I don’t particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back at Don’s.

Dons fixed a severly dented panel, fuel pipe, and truck bed on my Tucoma.
Customer service updated me regularly on the trucks status.
The techs went above and beyond with the work required for the repairs.
They finished the work ahead of schedule.
From start to finish they did a great job!

Can't express how fantastic this shop is! The communication through the entire process was outstanding. Danielle is on it, responds quickly and efficiently. Our first time here and hopefully we don't have to return soon but if we did, I know they would take care of our needs! 10 out 10 💯% recommend.

I’m very happy with everything from start to end! I had my car repaired for hail damage and was picky about finding someone I could trust. I found Don’s and I would go back for any future car work. They did everything very quickly( 1 week) and all of the people were knowledgeable and very nice. They handled all the insurance information and even offered to help with rental car. I appreciated them cleaning the inside of my car out(came back better than I dropped off which was a nice surprise). If you want a good repair shop definitely trust them and check them out!

Could not have asked for a better experience during an unfortunate hail damage situation. Danielle was especially helpful and stayed patient through all my questions. Regular text messages with updates, assistance with getting a rental, timely completion, and the inside was even vacuumed and rubber mats washed to look as though they were new!

The car was beautiful when they got done. They returned it with love and care. I only trust this company with my car now. I can’t say enough about the staff too! Friendly and very helpful and always courteous when you meet with them. I highly recommend them!!!

Don’s took great care of us for a small fender bender. They went to great lengths to make sure the color match was perfect and handled all of the logistics with insurance. I really appreciated Danielle keeping me informed of the repair status and everyone in the office provided exceptional customer service as well. Although I don’t hope to need Don’s again soon, they’ll be our first stop should we need body work on any of our vehicles. I highly recommend!

Dons Auto Body repaired the front end of my 2013 Prius C after we were ran into. They did an absolutely fabulous job in an extremely timely fashion. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
