Placed an online pickup order. They ended up being out of most donuts. Long line of people waiting to place orders and/or pickup. Store was dirty looking, and employees seemed incredibly short staffed. They only had original, strawberry sprinkle and chocolate sprinkle at first, then had one of the new kit kat types. I ended up getting the kit kat, original, and chocolate sprinkle. The sprinkle donuts were very stale. Had to be 2 days old at least. The kit kat and original donuts were fresh. However, the KitKat topping was stale and ruined the donuts. I am not going back to this location any time soon.

No donut wasn't clean and the workers she frazzled and under staffed severely.

Ordered online through the kk app, got there in person and they said they were out of the whole order, completely understandable just politely asked for a refund and we would move on with our day. Manager comes out tells us it’s stupid that we thought they’d make an order that big (2 Dozen). Spend 15-20 minutes waiting for manager to get done with break in car. Finally manager guy comes back and says well be refunded at some point in the next 3 days. Save yourself the hassle and go to crumble next door.

Went at 7am “they were out” of 2 kinds of donuts I mentioned. The lady that took the order was very rude and aggressive with her responses, pull up and notice she’s dressed like the manager. We won’t be coming back here if the donuts we were wanting are always going to be out of stock and the customer service is this poor.

Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon I visited this store, I went in to get a dozen of the ‘Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts’, I was told they did not have any but they would have some later in the evening and that they would have plenty in the morning. The person working there suggested I call in the morning and tell them what I want and they would have them ready when I came to get them. She wrote down the store phone number one a card. This morning, I called to place my order, the person who answered said sorry we only are taking orders for 10 or more dozen, but they have plenty of Eclipse doughnuts. So, I headed to the store arrived at 7:15am the line of cars was wrapped around the building. I got in line. Over an hour and 15 minutes later I finally get to the order speaker, place my order and am told they are ‘temporarily’ out I asked how long ‘temporarily’ was and was told they are only filling online orders and that was the only way to get them. So I left.Pulled into a parking lot and placed an online order 12 ‘Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts’, for delivery to my work. Surprisingly the online order said would be delivered at 9:38am total was $31.88 plus tax; I was charged $33.66 on my credit card.The Door Dash driver promptly showed up with my order. Opened the box and it was just a box of assorted doughnuts (note there were 12 in the box, a co-worker grabbed one before I got the photo) NOT the Eclipse Doughnuts that I had ordered and paid for. I tried calling the store for an explanation; after multiple attempts no one answered the phone.Obviously, I got ripped off!

This place is horrible ran out eclipse doughnuts waited in line for 45 minutes then when I got my donut there was a roach in the the box

We went to get the special Easter donuts. They were out of most of them. The decorative ones they did have were sloppily done. The one that was supposed to be the easter chick was dipped in icing at the bottom. The cute eyes and face were not added. The other ones were unrecognizable. We did not get any. The floor was sticky and gross. The display cases were so dirty you could not see through them. We got an iced coffee and were charged for the frozen one. We talked to the cashier about it and she argued with us. We backed down. The cashier was especially rude. Not friendly. None of the employees were nice. Not even a little. We won’t be back.

Still taking order and they are closed. Isn't that nice. You go to pick up an online order, already paid for, and they gave a sign saying closed ..... sad management team.

Ordered food, drive through took 30 mins, watched 5 workers doing nothing I honk my car horn, they finally acknowledge me but said it would be ready in a phew seconds waited another 20 mins before leaving without food thank heaven I didn't pay....

This is the third time that I have went and nobody has answered the drive-through. The one time that I did have an answer at the drive-through, the employee was extremely short with me and wouldn’t let me finish my whole order. It’s super disappointing because every single time that I go the donuts are amazing but it’s almost impossible to actually get it. Anytime they have any special going on they never have them at this location. They are always out of almost everything other than the original glazed. The biggest thing is on the website and online it says that they are open but when you go to the store to try and go inside, all the doors are locked and nobody answers the window or the drive-through microphone. But the employees cars are outside and if you look through the window, you can see employees in there.

This place need to make a better organization. I went last Sunday for a dozen of st Patrick day donuts, I went like 11 am and they was already sold out. They say the ay are making more come back in an hour. I come back and nothing they say they just have glaze… is not the first time that happends you got to have more demand bc is always the same with special donuts. Plus all the employees was strongly there, buch of super young people so overwhelmed and any kind!
