“I just moved back from Montana to Missouri after losing my leg. While living at The Prairie I won a gift card and treats to Treats Unleashed. I was running low on food so I decided to call to see if they had what I needed. Lanie was very helpful in finding me the perfect match of dog food for my puppy Dolan. I'll be buying all of my dog food/treats from here instead of the "big box" stores. It's also very close and convenient so I'll be using them for grooming as well”
“I was worried about leaving my Golden Retriever (Tucker) for first time at a groomer but he did fine. The groomer was very good with him and was quick to get him done and ready to go home. Petting him, he felt so soft and clean and seemed very happy - not stressed or anxious to leave. I will be taking him back to be groomed again in the future. Thank you for making him feel so soft and clean and I appreciate your patience with him.”

Our dog isn’t the easiest when it comes to nail trims, but Kirsten is incredibly patient and gentle with him. She always takes her time, gives him extra love and attention, and makes the experience as stress-free as possible, for both of us!
The store is always spotless, and the self-wash tubs are consistently clean and ready to use. The team is quick to offer help and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet have a great experience.

“I went in there looking for bird food for my parakeets, and left with a lovebird. He kept openin the cage as thought to say “take me home”. This was the kindest staff I have ever encountered and answered all questions I had regarding my current birds, new birds, and possible purchases.”
“I encountered a Yadi's Yummies booth at the Vintage Market Days. My kids loved the chicken & apple and also peanut butter & carob treats I picked up. It is a great small business story with 10% of sales going to rescue groups. The two folks at the booth were so nice. I brought my dog here for a wash and couldn’t be happier with how it went. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and patient, they really made the whole process stress free for both me and my pup. The facility was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use, and my dog came out looking and smelling great! You can tell they truly care about animals here. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this place to any pet owner! ??”
“Carson absolutely LOVES "Miss Kayla", as I call her. He's always a nervous pup, and when we arrive, he's unsettled, but as soon as she comes to get him, he's all over her. She does a great job every time. When they closed their O'Fallon location, I was bummed and had to take him to another groomer (who was VERY expensive and even MORE RUDE) and finally, I found out about the Weldon Springs location. Thankfully Kayla took us in as she remembered Carson. I could not be happier!!”

“So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”

“Literally THE nicest workers. Especially whoever answers the phone over there, I totally forgot to get her name. She was so sweet and helpful. The groomers are the best too. I use to take my dogs to petsmart to get their nails done and I would need to come back in a week to get them done again. For a while I thought my dogs nails just grew really quickly, until a few months ago I needed to get their nails done before a specific date and petsmart couldn't get me in in time so I tried out pet supplies plus. I will never go back to petsmart. They didn't have any issues with my dogs the way petsmart always complained, their nails were actually grinded down nicely where they didn't scratch you right after they were done, and their nails were actually cut short enough that I didn't need to bring them back the very next week. Forever a pet supplies plus fan!”
