No wonder the USPS is failing, poor service and just plain lazy! Went to the Cottleville post office to send a package. Had a question about the USPS label and printing a new one. The woman behind the counter that was there to help was less than helpful. She basically shut us down before we could even get the question out. So now I am stuck and have no idea what to do next! I guess I could try another post office but I feel they have given up as well.
I guess Cottleville post office doesn’t care about customer service otherwise they would hire helpful, professional, and productive people.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The clerk was rude and dismissive from the moment I stepped up, with no greeting and a harsh tone. I had multiple pre-labeled packages and simply needed a receipt, but she rolled her eyes and sighed loudly, telling me I needed a scan sheet. Even if that was policy, her attitude was uncalled for. What upset me most was how warmly she greeted the next (white) customer right after treating me with such disrespect. It felt like subtle racial discrimination, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated. This location seriously needs better customer service training and awareness of how they treat people.

I got there at 4:55 needing to mail 1 envelope and they wont help me.

I love going to this location. I have to go to the post office often for work. I've never had an issue here. The only problem I've ever seen was other customers with no compassion and patience.

DO NOT GO HERE. I tried to get my passport done here I have all of my paperwork in order. I first tried to go into their walk in appointment that is listed online and was told that they cannot take me because they were too busy. That is fine I get that they can be busy, so I make an appointment for the next week when they are available and I show up for it and no one is in the building and able to help me for my scheduled appointment and they did not contact me at all to let me know that no one would be be there so I made an useless trip. Even if I tried to call I would’ve just been hit with their automated voice line so nobody could’ve helped me. Very unprofessional of them.

Love this office, refuse to go to St. Peters office anymore, I often ship packages to Alaska and it never fails I forget something and every person who works there has been nothing but HELPFUL, they go over, above and way beyond to help, now shhh cause I don't want a lot of people to find out about this place and start clogging the short lines

I don’t know who the girl was, she was the only person there, which I’m sure sucks, but she was awful.She said “next time you need to put tape on the paper to a box”It was riveting what she did. ?I think with this action she took for me, threw her back out,…It was a super-treat to wait 30 minutes in line to be scolded by her.Wow, her level of skill (taping the paper to the box) and manner were giving McDonalds vibes.?♀️
