Hi Rachel..couldn't let another day go by without writing to let you know about my experience with your Digestive Tea..omg, is all I can say. I was diagnosed with Collagenous Collitis almost nine years ago and thankfully found Pain Free Foods about two years into it. I have followed the plan to the letter and have been successful, although it seemed I was never too far from a flare up..too much fiber, too much food..and would have to start over. I know I have ordered the Tea several times over the years, but don't remember ever giving it the chance that I did this time..I feel like it's the piece I was missing. I can't remember the last time I was able to put one good day after the next this many days in a row..it's been about a month. I am in awe and so grateful..so thank-you Rachel!..your friend forever, Jan Levin

Great products. I came to know about Rache's Tea when I suffered from Diverticulitis. I had no idea what to do. Rachels tea was a gift from angels. Her alchemy is real.

Found out I have diverticulitis by way of an attack. My cousin got me onto rachels digestion tea, it's good and the information very helpful. Ordered prebiotic and stopped eating Greek yogurt. I started having So good coconut milk yogurt, love it. Thankyou for help, I recommend to friends already.

So, been suffering from Diverticulitis for about 4 years. Discovered Rachel's tea about a year into my problems. first, it settles the nausea. Second it helps my food pass without pain by creating more mucus in my upper intestine. I think it reduces gas pain too. I drink it hot and make Iced tea out of it too. How often I drink it depends on how often I get "wormy gut", my explanation of how my gut feels. When it feels a little "wormy" I make myself some tea. normally I can get 2 12 oz cups out of one tea bag. Ice tea, I add lemon juice and 6 to 8 grains of salt. No sugar.... Hot, I drink it straight... I prefer boiling water rather than microwave. I also use slippery elm pills when I get a flare up but prefer the tea to the pills as the tea settles my nausea where as the pill make me hungry and congested. I found that this is one of the few products that does exactly what she claims it does. Her dad's book got me started on the right diet path but I have found that limiting Lectins are important for my gut problems so now only use the tea when I get into "bad" foods for me.

Found the tea and have been very satisfied!
Thought it was expansive when I first found the Digestive tea,but you can use a bag twice!
Good tasting and really seems to be helping me.
I am now a steady customer since my original positive review!
