There are no straws with our drinks. Chips and mexican pizza were squished and were soggy mush. They put the mexican pizza on the very bottom. Food was luke warm, and drinks were almost completely melted. We spent a lot of money on inedible trash.We typically visit kirkwood because we always have issues here. Looks like after a year, they still haven't worked those out.On previous visits, they shorted us food, gotten our order wrong, charged us for extra sauce, and put zero sauce on there. Nice people but terrible at their jobs.

This is the best Taco Bell in St. Louis and I WOULD BET it’s probably the best in the country if not the world. Wonderful service and food guaranteed every time. Viva!

Showed up on Sat 2-17-24 at 12 due to the kirkwood location having the lobby closed. These guys were super friendly, understaffed and the food was super fresh and fast! Couldn't ask for better service.

Have never experienced a more rude fast food worker than Elizabeth. She needs to go. Bitchy tone, sighing on the microphone, rolling her eyes after I ask for mild sauce. Ruined my night.

The best Taco Bell we've been to in a long time. Bathrooms, clean. Dining room, clean and beautiful. The music is great. Most importantly, the food was hot and deliciously satisfying. The girl helped us with missing chicken in chalupa which was my error, but she still took care of it. Rock on!Vegetarian options: They have add ons and substitutions that are vegetarian as well as non meat items on the menu

Do they not take customers orders anymore? Was at the counter to be waited on. An employee saw us but didn't say anything. After about 5 minutes we saw the order kiosk. Hate those things! Prefer to place order to an actual person.

Waited over 40 mins to pickup 2 burritos, past the pick up time. Food was also rushed while being prepped and burritos looked beaten down when we opened the bag.

Wow. I had been wasting my time going to the Kirkwood Taco Bell when there's a way better one down the street. This is how I remember it tasting! Great portions, friendly service, fast. Thank you!
