Rene took extra time and solved a problem I was having with printing a packing slip and mailing label for a shipment, when my own printer was not working. She was very patient with me and very understanding of my lack of skill with a smartphone.

Well that was probably the worst ups experience I’ve had. Normally the ups near me gives me no issues but the manager here was complaining that I didn’t have the plastic bag for an Amazon return. I’ve never had an issue before especially when Amazon says ups will pack and label the return. Then what really became a major pain is they told me the other package was a usps package but they could still print the label out for me. Well turns out it was a UPS label and now my GPS unit that was supposed to be returned for a refund is floating around somewhere unknown… definitely will drive out of my way next time to avoid this location.

Arrived several minutes before 3oclock on saturday as customers were walking out, the young man working locked the door, stood behind the counter, smiled like a jerk and said “sorry”. Really appreciate the customer service considering we use and ship huge amounts of our products every week.

Highly recommend this UPS store. The employees are always kind, professional and helpful, as I’ve noticed this in particular with the new ownership. I’ve never been to a UPS store where you get in and out so quickly. The store is right off Watson, and very easily accessible and they can do everything from all your Amazon returns, printing anything, shipping, etc. I’m actually closer to another store and go out of my way to visit this location.
