“After being blown off at one Toyota dealership and getting on the world's longest waitlist at another, we went to Spirit Lexus in our pursuit of a new hybrid SUV. Our salesman, Scott Johnson, was super helpful right from the start. He was really communicative throughout the whole process and kept me updated once the car I wanted was allocated to the dealership. “I bought a Mercedes AMG 63 from a different Mercedes dealership. With my keys in the car, it locked leaving me unable to get in even with the help of the app. After a week of going back and forth with little to no help from the original dealer and being told I needed to tow my car from my garage to a dealer to get into it. I even tried having my on locksmith out but he wanted to charge $600 just to unlock my car! After one week and hours of back and forth calls with the original dealer I decided to try the service department at Plaza. Craig Guenzler answered and immediately offered to come to my home in 20 minutes to unlock my car with no questions asked. I figured he wouldn’t show up or wouldn’t be able to access my car but I agreed. True to his word, he arrived immediately and within five minutes had my keys out!! Again I didn’t purchase my car from Plaza but they still went above and beyond with zero questions asked.”
