“The Dorsett, Maryland Heights store, and specifically Robyn G, is amazing. We had a complicated wiper blade install on a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. The computer suggestion didn't work, our purchase didn't register in their system, but it didn't matter to Robyn. Robyn continued to work through challenges until she got it right. Clearly making sure the customer leaving happy was her goal. It is incredibly rare to encounter someone with this level of outstanding customer service!”

someone backed into me at a stop sign & messed up my hood/latch & i had someone else try to fix it initially & it took multiple hours & multiple unnecessary trips to the pick & pull & then i finally took it here & Phil fixed it for me in less than 10 minutes.

“Prompt service, fair prices, quality parts. Courteous counter persons at the Maryland Heights, Mo. location. Over the last 4+ decades working as a mechanic I've worked for shops who obtained a lot of the necessary replacement parts from Al's. There's a very good reason for this.
Al's drivers were always professional, very pleasant & willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I've been a self employed auto mechanic for over a decade now. I'd say Al's gets about 65-70% of my needed parts business. Trust these folks !!”
