“Like this bank generally, especially branch on Olive near 141, clean, comfortable. Consistantly attentive employees. Pretty easy to manage an account, RB's website is clear and, any age user friendly. The only thing inconvenient: wiring money must be done before 1pm. Having 2 more hours would've added the fifth star”

“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”

“Except for paying for safety deposit boxes, which can not be done through the customer service center, my experiences have most all been good. To get a branch employee on the phone is difficult so i can not even find out if i can pay with a card over the phone. Annoying.”
