Unfortunately, I think you all need to put some more attention to the vacuums, they don't suck.
They're actually pretty bad, it's like, really bad.

Closed at 708pm. 9 *yes nine* of us making U turns to get out of their lot. Then I note two workers inside cleaning? What's up with closing at 800pm as advertised?

This Brite WorX location is one of my favorites by far. They have the strongest vacuums with different attachments which makes vacuuming tight spots easier. I have always been satisfied with the car wash services as well. The one time it didn't look right, they immediately had me go through a second time at no cost. I received a free wash today which was an awesome surprise! I highly recommend this location for a great wash and excellent customer service.

Every time I visit the site the wash and team do an amazing job. My truck is always very clean and the team is friendly and smiling. It's not just my truck either. The vac area is always full of bright, shiney cars, too. Lots of happy people.

I have been going to this car wash for a long time now. They are truly a great wash. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and I have been very happy with the quality of my wash all the time. It’s the only car wash that will clean the tailgate and back window of my truck. It’s the only wash I will go to. Keep up the good work!

I thought this place was great. Every time you come through, there are two employees: one at the shack and one at the entry to the carwash to help you guide your car in. Again. "Thought". Past tense. The true test of a business is how they handle customers when things don't go right. Everything was peachy as long as I continued to pay their monthly fee. The moment I had an issue, the smiles turned to rudeness. I had been paying a monthly fee for over a year, but now have zero intent to return due to how rude the senior manager was.
A couple days ago I noticed my plate had been damaged (bent vertically at a near-90-degree angle along the left side). I pushed it back so that my plate was legible (although still noticeably warped), walked into their office and the employee offered to open a claim for me. She submitted it and gave me a card to follow up. I asked her for the claim number, but she no longer had visibility of the claim, and promised me her manager would call me.
The manager, Cory, called and left a message. He told me, "The claim is going to be denied, as the front plate is not properly mounted: all front plates need to have four bolts through them." When I called back, I explained that I couldn't find where that 4-bolt requirement came from, that I had checked MO law, and also didn't see anything on Brite Worx's website. He gave me my claim number and instructed me to fill out a request online for his management to respond. (BTW: if you want to call the number, be ready to call repeatedly. It hangs up on you after a couple rings if nobody answers.)
I received a call from Jason, a senior manager with BriteWorx, and whereas he gave me a brief moment to express my concern, he quickly began talking over me and arguing as soon as I explained that MO law doesn't require four bolts. He then told me that Subaru has a mounting bracket for the front license plate, and I should have been using that. (NOTE: now the issue isn't that there weren't four bolts. It's that I needed an entire bracket...) Funny enough... I had looked at some vehicles while on errands the day before, and saw that some of them had mounting brackets (not all), and literally ordered one earlier today before the call. I tried to explain that this bracket is an additional accessory and does not come stock with my vehicle. He continued to talk over me and mansplain how aluminum is easily bendable and common sense should have dictated that I not hang it just by 2 bolts. He began insulting my intelligence, stating that just like I wouldn't go through a car wash with the windows rolled down, I shouldn't go through with a license plate that wasn't on a mounted bracket.
All while he's talking down to me, I wondered why he was getting so riled up and why I was still putting up with it over the cost of a license plate, which is replaced as a set costing $6 for the plates and $6 for the tabs. TWELVE DOLLARS. They would have easily made that back with one month's fee (I had only been using their unlimited subscription 1-2x per month). But it felt like it was significantly more important to him to belittle me about what "common sense" is. Maybe I should have known that a normal car wash can bend a license plate (although I've never had that issue before). Maybe the force on their left brush is too strong (check the other reviews!). But all "Maybe's" aside, there's a way to maintain a sense of customer service and civility. Jason clearly had no intention of taking that path.
I didn't feel like arguing (or being belittled anymore), so I told him that I would drop the issue and just share my experience with Google Reviews. OOOOOOH this is where it went from rude to downright insane. He lowered his voice and steadily began to threaten me: "I caution you against posting..." He literally threatened to take legal
