Stopped here for caramel apple and chocolate. There were 3 people working and one person paying for their items, which took about 2 minutes.. All 3 employees were behind the counter, talking, meddling around etc. They looked at us standing there but said nothing.We waited for service no less than 10 minutes before we got any service. Our checkout time was like 3 minutes. Seems no one here wants to work ?. Bad customer service.

I can’t wrap my head around how this place is still in business. We visited a few months ago and waited, no exaggeration, over an hour in the line. We should have cut our losses but figured we’d waited long enough, we might as well just keep going. The owner contacted me when I left a complaint, explaining it’s just hard to find kids that want to work. Not really a good excuse for being absent while teenagers run your business poorly, but that’s his call.Well here we are a few months later and my wife and I both are craving ice cream. We decided to order delivery. I wanted to get my dog a treat too so we ordered a dipped bone for him.Somehow, when we record the order an hour later, we were given one bowl of ice cream and a receipt that had my name AND the wrong order on it. When I called, the young woman who claimed to be the manager said “this just happens sometimes.”Mistakes can just happen. Patterns don’t just happen. Go someplace else. You might get your ice cream in less than an hour and it might actually be what you ordered.

Ordered online with order number #25420224154468352 on 03/16/24 around 8:30. The money left my account. Went to the store and they couldnt find it nor did they offer to remake it if they did give it away. I tried to fillout an online forum to try and get money back but the fourm kept saying i had the wrong zip code put in even though i know it was right, therefor i want able to post it. There were no managers willing to help, and now im down $20 with nothing to show. All around horrible experience on their app and with their employees in the store. I just want my money back.

I couldnt even eat here. there was 2 girls working and one was in the back doing god knows what, while another girl was helping 3 girls ordering at a leisurely pace, engaging in conversation. clearly the girls were friends with the worker making their order. there was one customer in front of us getting quite annoyed as well as myself. I quickly realized that the worker making the food had her long brown hair down, not tied back. i left, but im sure that workers friends will love to discover her hair in their cookie dough!! 15 minutes standing there, and in that whole time neither myself nor the customer in front of me were helped- in fact we were completely ignored. if i could give a negative rating i would, but unfortunately i dont have that option. We just left that location on this date (3/10/24 aprox 11:30) managers need to look into this

Kid-friendliness: Very nice workers who don’t mind when kids can’t decide what to get and want to sample a lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a table where people can sit on one side and have a wheelchair on the other.

The ice cream clogged my throat and smelled terrible. They served us old waffle cone chips that expired weeks prior and they couldn't figure out how to find the ice cream. My stomach feels like it was just punched by prime Mike Tyson but i could not use the toilet because it was clogged. Do not recommend.

Always enjoy my visits! If you can, I'd recommend coming during the day on the weekdays because the line can get reallllllly long, like all the way to the front door. The ice cream is really good. Your toppings are hand mixed in on a freezing stone, and you can watch the experience. They have fruits, chocolates, nuts, a ton of different toppings. Also, they have chocolate covered items such as apples, candies, nuts, etc. and even dog treats. I love this place, but like I said the line is super long on Fridays and Saturdays and parking isn't the best on those days. There's like 4-5 tables you can sit in on the inside, and some seating on the outside, and it smells amazing when you walk in the store. Love this place!

Ice cream is amazing and they're always pretty quick. Never been inside, but when I order it on doordash they always get it right and it's still cold and frozen :) 10/10

If you would like a quick stop and get a small cone (or something readily available), my experience had been great.When it comes to ordering birthday cakes, I think it is time for me to drive to Lake St. Louis branch to ensure the cake is ordered appropriately and wouldn't be misinformed by staff.Literally about an hour ago, walked in to get a couple of kid's size ice cream and order a custom birthday cake. While the ice cream was great, the ordering custom cake was the last drop in the bucket.I was unable to do so, as the young lady (coming from the back of the shop) informed me that "you would have to do it online - we don't do cake orders in the shop anymore". I guess this is my fault - I didn't check her claim to "order it online".While you are able to order "a cake" online, there are limits - for example, you can't order "licensed character" cakes, which they did have it in store to choose from.For the past few years, my orders had been messed up; forgetting the licensed character on the cake, to just minor things that was fixed on the spot (with the exception of order that didn't actually contain what we asked for - Oreo crumbles in the chocolate mix). Even then, I wasn't going to make a bid deal out of it. However, the pure ignorance of the staff left me with a very bitter taste. (I mean, if you don't know how to order a cake, admit it and I'll stop by at a later time. Don't just tell me something that is not true.)In any case, I would definitely recommend if they have something on the display; however, would pick a different store for ordering cakes.
