“I had a great experience at the Creve Couer location of First Community Credit Union. I was on a mission as there was a winter storm coming in the next few days or sooner as well as the holidays. I did not want to wait to the New Year to set up a couple of new accounts that I've been putting off forever. Oh and I had laryngitis at the time and was communicating only with my phone's text to voice app and hand motions and head nods and so on. I was able to get there around 11:00 a.m. on my lunch break and I didn't have to wait long. After I communicated with the nice bank teller, I soon met with Kyle Welge the branch manager. We were able to get what I needed done with ease. I appreciate it because I was short on time and was feeling self conscious about my voice situation. This is a great branch and I'm happy with my choice to bank with them.”

“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”
