They need to revisit employee training for the people working at this pharmacy. When calling out to get someone's attention for the prescription pickup line, I think it's reasonable to just shout out the person's name and not shout THEIR PRESCRIPTION DETAILS. As an example, shouting out "vaginal yeast infection cream" or "plan B drugs" or "psychiatrist medicine" out loud to the entire damn store is in very poor taste.Extremely unprofessional and, if at all possible, I recommend finding another pharmacy to take your business to.

Pharmacy folks are so nice but they don't have nearly enough help! Hire more pharmacists please CVS. Takes so long to get prescriptions filled and same person checking out is the same person filling prescriptions!

I strong prefer CVS to Walgreens. I stop at this Creve Coeur location every once in a while because it's near where my grandmother lives. They are well stocked and have everything you need!

The rang for over 9 minutes. Then they picked up and hung up the phone.

My daughter tried to walk in to get a vaccination for school but the mean woman at the minute clinic told her that she needed an appointment and that they were too busy to handle a walk-in. There were 2 people waiting to be seen. I would hardly call this busy. If you need an appointment that's fine but there is a nice way to say that. Maybe try, "I'm sorry, but we can't accommodate walk-ins right now but if you would like to make an appointment for tomorrow, we could definitely see you then." And try SMILING once in a while. I will NEVER shop at this CVS again.

I was leaving the store tonight on my way home from working at the store, listening to my headphones. I walked out the door and the manager or associate of the night followed me outside. She was yelling and having a fit. I had to go back in the store and find out what her problem was. She said that she said good night to me twice and I didn't respond. I told her that I had my headphones on. She didn't apologize for her temper tantrum, attitude, or behavior. I'm not sure what her name was because she wasn't wearing an ID. I'm also embarrassed for her for she looked like a fool.

I've been going to this CVS for a number of years. Previously, they've always provided convenient and friendly walk-in service, including a Flu Shot and my First Shingles Vaccine within the past few months. I went in Friday afternoon for my 2nd Shingles Shot, and was told the pharmacist had just left, to come back Saturday morning; No appointment needed, they were rarely busy Saturday mornings. I arrived a little after 9am, and was told by the pharmacist, "Scott", that they were booked solid all day, and I should try to make an appointment online. After 10 minutes of struggling with my phone to create an online account, I was able to book an appointment for 5 minutes later at the same CVS. They had open appointments ALL DAY. I walked back in, and the same pharmacist looked at me, saw my info in the computer, called me by name, and said he'd provide my vaccination momentarily. I Don't Appreciate getting medical services from people who lie to my face. Pretty sure that for my next prescription or flu shot, I'm headed back to Walgreens.

I was treated horribly by Ghazal in this cvs this morning. I gave her a $5 and spent .63 on candy, I was just getting change to tip Pei Wei down the street. She said NO you gave me a one and she opens her drawer and what do you know she put my $5 in the $1 spot. Instead of just apologizing and doing what a suppose be new manager would do she was just simply rude. I called to speak to the manager and she puts me on hold, comes back and said she's the manager and wouldn't transfer me and hung up on me. If this is what cvs considers a good candidate for manager, it makes me question them. I will be calling the district manager, they need to treat customers with some manners and not have this type of person working, how pathetic.

There is a CVS close to my house here in Creve Coeur , MO. Until my experience, I would go in at least once a week, I am in a rewards program and for the last experience I used my debit card. I bought a product that turned out expired, I went back a week after and notified them that their products were expired and they took them off the shelf. I also advised them that I would bring the product back for refund. Well a couple of days later I took the product but CVS says I can only get store credit. I advised that I did not need the Store credit, what makes you think I want to come back after selling me expired products. Dear CVS you do not get to apply the return policy when you sell EXPIRED products at this point it is your faulty, you should be able to credit the customer's form of payment.

I've lived on Ballas for 17 years,I use to love this store .They had a great staff who greeted customers by name. They fired all of the old workers and my husband and I watched how the manager Mark bullied workers until they quit. There were two managers one was in tears by the cosmetic dept and finally transferred to Hazelwood the other ended up working at Chrysler. I watched the staff laugh at customers and I saw the cops come into the store and humiliate a customer that the manager and staff accused of stealing. My husband began recording the incident .To my shock the customer voluntarily let the cops search the bags and what looked like a purse but there were no stolen items .I was relieved however while we checked out the accused customer approached the same manager Mark or Mart and demanded he tell the cops that he never asked her not to come to the store .Lo and behold he got loud and said he saw the person push a cart out before somehow the lady stated look I am a resident and you're mad because the man you like just gave me $1,000.00 and he's married .I was speechless but wait it gets better .The lady pulled out an envelope full of money and said see police he's a liar ,they all are jealous of me ,I dont steal I come to meet the man he wants at this store .The lady left threatening to sue CVS for a history of bullying her and filing a false police report. The cops spoke highly of the lady as if they knew her and they were outside talking about racial profiling but what was disgusting was the African American cashier that was laughing with another customer .It seemed as if he would have found the harrassment insulting but no they continued to talk badly about the lady and accused her of trespassing.I was ticked off ,I'm caucasian my husband is Latino and I followed the lady to Trader Joe's then gave her our info as witnesses in her lawsuit.I emailed the video to her .I will never go there again It has changed so much. The pharmacy is horrible, the store is dirty, the employees are unprofessional. THEY ARE VERY RACIST TOWARD MINORITIES THEY FIRE ALL OF THEM EXCEPT THE ONES WHO ARE NEW.

The Pharmacy at the creve coeur location does not answer the phone in a timely manner. The first time I called I gave up. The second time took 15 minutes to answer then they hung up on me. Last night I waited 35 minutes before I called the store manager. This morning I waited 12 mintes to complain to CVS customer service. I am stuck with CVS for a year because of my insurance. I am not happy. I did tell customer service that in the future I will wait 5 minutes before I call the store manager.

The store is clean and bright. The pharmacy is good. The cashier, Zharla, was unpleasant, never looked up at me, spoke very quietly and seemed generally annoyed to be there. They should consider placing her in a role where she doesn't spread her gloom to customers at noon on a Sunday.

I've been going to this CVS to have my prescriptions filled for 7 years. Even when they are crazy busy their service is always professional and friendly. Every time! Thank you to their staff for their hard work and consistent excellent customer service!

The pharmacy staff here have always been great to me! They ask if you have any questions or concerns about your prescriptions. The store also seems well-stocked and fairly logical in the layout. Much better than some Walgreens I have used in the past in the city.
