CVS is a well-known pharmacy chain that offers a variety of services, including COVID-19 testing where available. The testing is limited to eligible individuals, primarily those age 10 and older, with minors under 16 needing an adult. Some locations provide rapid testing, but high demand can cause delays in lab results. The store's staff has improved significantly since 2019, becoming friendlier and more efficient. Customers appreciate the well-stocked shelves and the convenience of nearby locations. Pharmacists at CVS are often praised for being patient and helpful, especially when dealing with insurance issues, such as covering specific medications like birth control. However, phone service can sometimes be slow, and answering calls isn't always prompt. The store staff is also noted for their kindness and effort to serve customers quickly, even during busy times like Christmas Eve. One customer shared a humorous and unusual experience involving an unexpected purchase, which highlights the diverse range of customer stories. Overall, CVS is viewed as a reliable place for pharmacy needs and quick service, with ongoing efforts to improve customer experience.
I have been coming to this location for about 5 years and I have never had any complications. Eric, who no longer works there was the nicest man I think I have ever met besides Gregory and now he’s my favorite CVS employee. Give that man a raise he’s so awesome at his job!!!

I almost never have any problems in CVS. The stores are always clean and tidy, merchandise nicely displayed. I get all my prescriptions filled here and the staff is always very friendly and helpful if an issue should arise.

I had prescription sent from St Luke's Urgent Care to CVS. I am in the drive-up lane prior to 8:00 pm. There is only one car ahead of me at the window. As I approach the window for my service, the associate closes the security gate! SOOO unprofessional!!! I can not wait to notify their corporate office!
