Worst experience ever. My daughter was dismissed from er with an order for nebulizer and inhale medication. The pharmacist simply told me that they don’t have nebulizer. He is so rude and emotionless. Avoid this location at all cost!

Pre pandemic, I spent 3 months trying to get my Epi Pens, each time I went in I was told how hard they were to get, so hard to get that the manufacturer couldn't even get them. After 3 months I had my doctor send the script to a non CVS pharmacy that was out of my way. Had my Epi Pens in 15 minutes. Today I picked up a script, and went to the cashier to get the free K95 masks advertised on a sign on the door. Cashier had her back to the customers, too busy scrolling through her phone. Four feet in front of me. So I had press the button to announce on the overhead that cashier was needed. I was met with an eye roll and a complete lack of customer service. I only come here because of my insurance.

The hours on their website are incorrect. Don't expect this store to be open late, go somewhere else.

This is the slowest pharmacy. It took 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that they called about that was ready to pick up. 20 minutes waiting in line, another 10 minutes because they couldn't find it, and another 10 minutes to finish mixing it. This happens every time. They also try to refill your prescriptions without asking, going as far as calling the doctor. I had my doctor call asking why I was trying to antibiotics refilled. CVS claims they don't do, and I must have requested it.

I've lived on Ballas for 17 years,I use to love this store .They had a great staff who greeted customers by name. They fired all of the old workers and my husband and I watched how the manager Mark bullied workers until they quit. There were two managers one was in tears by the cosmetic dept and finally transferred to Hazelwood the other ended up working at Chrysler. I watched the staff laugh at customers and I saw the cops come into the store and humiliate a customer that the manager and staff accused of stealing. My husband began recording the incident .To my shock the customer voluntarily let the cops search the bags and what looked like a purse but there were no stolen items .I was relieved however while we checked out the accused customer approached the same manager Mark or Mart and demanded he tell the cops that he never asked her not to come to the store .Lo and behold he got loud and said he saw the person push a cart out before somehow the lady stated look I am a resident and you're mad because the man you like just gave me $1,000.00 and he's married .I was speechless but wait it gets better .The lady pulled out an envelope full of money and said see police he's a liar ,they all are jealous of me ,I dont steal I come to meet the man he wants at this store .The lady left threatening to sue CVS for a history of bullying her and filing a false police report. The cops spoke highly of the lady as if they knew her and they were outside talking about racial profiling but what was disgusting was the African American cashier that was laughing with another customer .It seemed as if he would have found the harrassment insulting but no they continued to talk badly about the lady and accused her of trespassing.I was ticked off ,I'm caucasian my husband is Latino and I followed the lady to Trader Joe's then gave her our info as witnesses in her lawsuit.I emailed the video to her .I will never go there again It has changed so much. The pharmacy is horrible, the store is dirty, the employees are unprofessional. THEY ARE VERY RACIST TOWARD MINORITIES THEY FIRE ALL OF THEM EXCEPT THE ONES WHO ARE NEW.

The Pharmacy at the creve coeur location does not answer the phone in a timely manner. The first time I called I gave up. The second time took 15 minutes to answer then they hung up on me. Last night I waited 35 minutes before I called the store manager. This morning I waited 12 mintes to complain to CVS customer service. I am stuck with CVS for a year because of my insurance. I am not happy. I did tell customer service that in the future I will wait 5 minutes before I call the store manager.

The store is clean and bright. The pharmacy is good. The cashier, Zharla, was unpleasant, never looked up at me, spoke very quietly and seemed generally annoyed to be there. They should consider placing her in a role where she doesn't spread her gloom to customers at noon on a Sunday.

I've been going to this CVS to have my prescriptions filled for 7 years. Even when they are crazy busy their service is always professional and friendly. Every time! Thank you to their staff for their hard work and consistent excellent customer service!

The pharmacy staff here have always been great to me! They ask if you have any questions or concerns about your prescriptions. The store also seems well-stocked and fairly logical in the layout. Much better than some Walgreens I have used in the past in the city.

Cvs in store clinic is the worst! Went in because a family member needed attention asap and had no insurance. It was a routine visit for something they had before and knew what medication was needed. The technician tested and came to the same conclusion. After $265.00 later which was a whole paycheck for this individual, was given a prescription for 3 days of antibiotics. Normally a 10-day dosage in the past was used. Sure enough, after 5 days the symptoms are back and all they can say if come in again and pay another several hundred dollars and we will take another look. Feels like a racket to make money and This person does not have the funds. Why not just give an additional prescription as they know what it is? Guess emergency room is next! Poor excuse for medical care on CVS's part!!!
