Jordan deserve a raise! Great customer service and he genuinely cares about his customers. I was about to buy an envelope, but he stopped me and let me know that the shipping label that I have comes with an envelope and helped me pack it up as well. Helping his customer saving few bucks. Friendly, honest, and genuine.

I will never go to another FedEx location for service. This location is by far the best I’ve been to. Ty went above and beyond providing exceptional service. Not only did she provide guidance on creating the correct files for printing she took time, quite a bit of time, ensuring our order(s) were set-up/entered correctly. Knowing that our order would take time and prepared to return later Ty ended up completing our order immediately. Excellent service.

Very pleasant and professional interaction with the employees working today. (Every time I have visited this location they have all been nice and helpful.) ..It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and these guys have it!

Dropped off a package for a trade-in, they taped it up and put the label on it. Then printed off some documents, very helpful staff.

The employee was very polite, helpful, and professional. I'm sure the rest of the staff is the same and this review in no way is a reflection of the staff.
However, having a shipping store that can't accept a package with a lithium ion battery inside is absolutely ridiculous (UPS store took one from me before stopping by). I seriously can only drop this off at the main hub!?!?!? Get it together fedex, your company is becoming more like the USPS by the day (not going to get into the business related problems I've been encountering lately). Will be requesting UPS next time I return an online purchase.
