I'll give this "institution" 2 stars for customer service at the local Ventura branch. As for their absolutely inept fraud protection system, I would give them negative stars, if possible. Of course they cannot afford to have anyone answer the phones on weekends, or, God forbid, after hours, so my card was locked for almost 3 days after making a purchase at a local establishment. I did not receive the automated call that provides a case number, and the ability to verify the transactions until 9am the next day. I then verified the transactions and my card was unlocked surprisingly quick. I then proceeded to make an online purchase via PayPal, and it appears to have gone through. Minutes later I make another online purchase, and voila, my card is declined. Going into both the app and the ebanking website, my card has been removed. So now I can't even manage security settings and re-enable my card.Absolute ineptitude on the security and fraud protection aspect. I don't recommend doing any business with this outdated, dimwitted institution.

Is this bank still in business? I have called multiple times and cannot get someone to answer, each time waiting 20 minutes for them to call me back. Yes, I used the call back feature - they called me back 4 hours later, when I was away from the house. Don't have enough people working the phones? Pay your employees more. Other banks have enough coverage. I have been a customer since the early 90's. I have a safe deposit box that has moved twice, and I am sick of it. I had 3 accounts and have closed them all, this bank is no longer working for me. I had a fraudulent check posted to my checking account - where is your fraud department? Why didn't they catch a check that said "Signature Previously Provided"? I am not going to apologize for being disgusted with this bank and its customer service.

THIS BANK IS CLOSED. A DEMOLITION CREW STARTED BUSTING GLASS OUT OF IT YESTERDAY ANS DEMOLISHING THE BUILDING. I’M THINKING THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. IT’S BEEN FENCED OFF FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW

Not sure why this is still listed as "Open". Just drove by and the entire parking lot and bank is fenced in and it looks like they're taking a wrecking ball to it.

Terrible bank. Apparently on 7/1 my debit card was involved in a security breach and permanently suspended as a result. Absolutely nobody reached out to me thus I found out while in the grocery store attempting to buy medication for my sick kid. Called the bank, sat on hold for an hour only to be told that my card was shut down and could never be used again. Had to ask them to send me a new one because apparently they hadn’t done that either. Management failed to call me to discuss this as promised. Terrible customer service. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. I will be switching banks.

Except for paying for safety deposit boxes, which can not be done through the customer service center, my experiences have most all been good. To get a branch employee on the phone is difficult so i can not even find out if i can pay with a card over the phone. Annoying.

To be honest I wish I never switched banks from here to US Bank who has done nothing but screw over my money. I’ve had fraud in the past and have been helped without hesitation to figure out the main issue. Instead I’d US Bank closing my accounts totally without helping me figure out what is going on, I get personalized care every time I enter the building. I will never switch banks again unless I move cross the country.

Finance department is badly managed. Losing important papers that were mailed to them. Dispersing moneys by mail and 3 weeks later still have not received.

Love the bank only giving 3 stars because of the atm. I go to the atm for speed and if I have to talk to someone during business hours it takes at least twice as long, might as well go inside.

I will be calling tomorrow to give you a chance. My parents banked here for sixty years. But I have had no good experiences at all! Honestly there is no one there who seems to know anything!

I have never been in this branch but I see it driving and you folks need to change out your flags they are stained ripped and very sad please spend the few dollars we know you have and respect your state and country.
